Can't sit outside, no umbrellas. They haven't made a good donut in years, they no longer sell jelly sticks, chocolate sticks, probably to save on the extra ounce of dough, so its appropriate they removed "Donuts" from the signage. And try to find a "Pumpkin Donut" in the fall, impossible. Many days the doors are locked with drive-in open because of ???. Its funny to sometimes see the owner turning drink bottles so the labels are facing the right direction so you can read them in the refrigerator. Like that's a major problem!
Worst Dunkin in the area. I try my hardest not to come here but it's the closest one from home. Drive thru takes way too long and if you try to go inside it takes long too. Workers standing around talking while there is a car in the window. One worker is asking to leave during a rush through drive thru. Wish it was in a better area so the drive thru line never goes into the actual road. Dunkin was My first job I get it. But when I worked in Drive Thru we were always on top. Never standing around talking. I'm waiting for my coffee and food and no one even started making it while there are at least 2 employees just standing around talking when one of them could have made my coffee. Very unhappy with this dunkin.

Ordered hash browns the manager gave them to me burnt on the outside and looking raw in the middle. When I told her I didn't want them she asked why and I said cause they're burnt and she said that's how they come out of my oven. I told her I just wanted my money back because my son definitely won't eat those and suggested she tell people if that's the way they always that she tell people that. Her response was she's told people ...I was referring to the people that are supposed to matter....the customers, not her supervisors. I can't believe Dunkin donuts as a company would allow a store to represent them and put out that quality of food ... either fix the oven or tell people they don't have hash browns!
This Dunkin does a fine job of taking orders, putting out correct product and doing it quickly. It is reminiscent of my New England Dunkin's with no fuss, no muss with not a lot of pleasantries or chit chat, just the coffee,donuts and sandwiches ma'am :-) I made multiple trips to this location during my stay in Jensen Beach and it was all good every time. The only issue here is the VERY tight drive thru and it's weird. The footprint for this real estate is built on a hill with the entrance just over a hill on a main busy street with the turn into the drive entrance that's narrow AND curved. If you just rolled out of bed, it's dark and you're in desperate need of that first coffee, well you see where I'm going. Be careful my friends ;-) Bottom line: Open 5am to 8pm seven days, get your Dunkin on.
I'm never coming to this place again. They are so slow and very incompetent of their lobby guests. I'll put in a VERY simple order and have to stand there for 10+ minutes before someone says "what did you order" No sorry to keep you waiting or anything. The old crew that they had before were way better and work well together. This new crew is unprofessional and only 1 young African-American gentlemen is the only one who has a positive attitude. These employees need better people skills. I'm not going to bother and waste my time and money here.
Never in my life have I waited so long in a drive thru…. Over 20 mins from the time I entered the parking lot till I got to the speaker to place my order…. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this location that’s approximately 5 cars (to add insult to injury once you are 3 cars in you’re stuck, there is no way out of the drive thru line) it took sooo long I began to wonder if everything was ok inside… I left my car running in the drive thru line and went inside to check. The manager told me they were understaffed. I pointed out that there were 6 of them behind the counter… she replied that they were all new and none of them had been working there more than 3 weeks… honestly I don’t care if they had just started that day there is no good reason for a drive thru line to move that slow … this was not the fault of new workers this is the result of poor management. This spot use to be my go to, 5 mins or less in and out…over the last several months I have witnessed the lines grow longer as the service gets increasingly slower as the quality of the product declines… I returned to my car, the line hadn’t moved an inch. I skipped placing my order and remained trapped for another 5 or so mins before finally having the opportunity to drive off never to return again… If I worked at corporate I seriously consider shutting this location down or at the very least placing it under new management… locations like this will tarnish an entire franchise
Waited 20 minutes in line and paid $5 for this ! They mess something up every time and I don’t recommend this store! They dont care!
Super sad that I'm now having to go to a different dunkin when this one is by my house. I am a frequent regular I get a macchiato. I am now being handed a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. As stated on your website the macchiato includes milk and 2 shots of espresso, not 1 shot. I am being told by the blonde "manager" that that is how it is supposed to be made. And that it will be made with one shot because of overuse of product.. when the website says 2 shots. Staffing has gone downhill. I have been understanding and patient but this has now become a problem where I need to seek out another location to support.
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Every time I come they are either out of donuts, bagels, or coffee regardless of what time of day. It’s insane. I understand that places are understaffed right now but the fact they they have no product means they need to either get it together or just close their doors.
