We had visited Culver's in Colorado and loved it but this one was nothing like it.The service was good but the portions were small for the price. My wife ordered a butterbun burger and the burger was tiny. Anything else but the burger is extra and you have to add them.The fries were good but the meal for what you get is pricey.
We ordered three cheeseburgers, and found the patties to be extremely thin. Not greasy, but fast food like. The fries and shake were good. But Steak and shake has better burgers! I don't think we will be back.
Food is fantastic and fresh. Love those cheese curds! There has been a time or two where getting my order taken took a little while (even though restaurant was pretty empty), but staff 8s always friendly
Their frozen treats are delicious! I go each time I visit..love it! What I don't like so much is that you order and then park further until the employee comes out with your order. It sure is just made but the waiting kind of sucks.
Really wanted the raspberry cheesecake ice cream and was so excited that it was the flavor of the day. However the ice cream was being dipped out of buckets sitting on a cart in the middle of the floor causing it to be very soft and melting soon as I received it. Culver's should req that the people taking the cash and handling money at the window not handle food as well. Did not see the server change his gloves before he made the waffle cone I requested the only saving grace is the little piece of paper covering the cone.
Very conflicted. Went here tonight for the first time, and the employees in the drive thru were very nice and even gave me a coupon for a free custard as a gift for being a first time customer! I order one burger and a milkshake and…….. I get home (15 mins away), and my burger is wrong. Simple double bacon and cheese with mayo and lettuce had no bacon, ketchup, and tomato. Will probably never return.
Bottom line culvers has the Best fast food ever. I have been eating at the Culver’s in Jensen Beach Since they opened. Everyone has been nice, just a few times they forgot some food, but they sent coupons to make up for that. I think I spoke to a nice Guy named Tom. Today I ate inside and had great service from Kiarra I also have few friends, my handy man and a few others that has her, ranted about her. Thanks and keep up the good service.
We have been many times, but took our grandsons along this time and they loved it! The best part for them was the free ice cream with the kids meal! The food is always fresh prepared and never like "fast food" even though it is fast food!
This location is so clean! The food came out so quickly too, it was a fantastic ordering experience. The gluten-free bun is actually pretty yummy, and doesn’t just disintegrate. It’s really hard to get a gluten free fast food burger, and I really appreciate the opportunity Culver’s gave me to enjoy one again
The food at Culver's is always excellent! Never had bad service always friendly and polite. I have been enjoying them since I lived in Iowa then moved to Florida. I love the Midwest values!
