I enjoy the Cracker Barrel here in Jensen Beach and the service is always great keep up the good work
We were really happy when Cracker Barrel added Southern Fried chicken to their menu. Unfortunately, they don’t really have it. A few months ago we went there and sat down, ordered our beverages and when the waitress came back to the table, my wife and I both ordered the southern fried chicken. The waitress had a concerned look on her face and said “I’ll be right back”. When she returned, she said “ sorry we don’t have any southern fried chicken”. She said the table before us got the last of it. I said “why can’t they fry up some more, it doesn’t take that long to make fried chicken”. She shrugged her shoulders. We weren’t happy, but ordered something else off the menu.Last night we returned to Cracker Barrel, hoping to finally enjoy some of their Southern Fried chicken. The waitress came to the table and my wife and I both ordered the chicken. The waitress said “I’m sorry, we don’t have any”.That was it for me, I said “are you kidding me!!!” We stormed out of the restaurant and went somewhere else for dinner.This is simply ridiculous and I won’t be wasting my time or money to return to Cracker Barrel for a long long time. If you advertise a dish on the menu, you should be able to serve it. No excuses.
Chicken and Dumplings for lunch with turnip greens and corn bread. Not bad, super quick. Could have had more chicken but the price was affordable.
Our server Charlotte was awesome, service and attitude was great, the food was kind of dry and tasteless.
Ordered dinner on the phone, and brought it out to our motorhome in back where we stayed overnight. Delicious food a good hospitality. Thank you Cracker Barrel for allowing us seniors to stay overnight in the RV Parking lot. All campgrounds we called were cull, and cost on average $100 per night.
Chicken Steaks with greens, coleslaw, n green beans. With a white gravy.. Delicious
Cracker Barrel for me has been pretty consistent, the comfort food yummy.. those tater tots.. are like so good. Great place to bring my now 81 year old mom.The gift shop is so pretty ? we did not have time to shop this time. Control meter was over the top. LOL. Next time.
Went in for breakfast. Food quality & the overall Cracker Barrel experience has gone down hill. Sausages did not taste fresh. Eggs were cold. The silverware wasn’t even packaged and didn’t look clean. The server (Diana) had no enthusiasm and was rushing the whole time. 2 Star experience. Never again.
Customer service by all staff was friendly and professional. The food has good flavor just a tad bit too much butter. I had the grilled fish and it was soaked. Some expect this for a southern meal, next time I'll tell them easy on the butter. The country store us fun yo browse.
They lived up to expectations. Contrary to other reviews, we were seated immediately, got water immediately, order taken quickly and efficiently. Food arrived hot and quickly. One pancake waa slightly underdone but everything else was so nice I would not knock them for it. I just just grandma's sampler and added blueberries to the pancakes. I had the maple syrup and blueberry syrup. They were warmed which was really nice. All good!
