Julionna was are to go server. She was nice and funny. Food came out quickly and it was so delicious.
For a chilis we were actually surprised at how good the food was! Only complaint was the beer we were served tasted watered down but besides that a pretty good experience. Would recommend!
The service was TERRIBLE! & They over charged us big time & still don't know how to fix it! Worst dining experience ever had!
Food was terrible. Our server was pleasant but overwhelmed with way too many tables to handle. I understand the shorthanded challenge managers are dealing with. However, I failed to spot a manager involved in the foh operations. Not an option, especially on a Saturday. Perhaps managers should be more proactive & operationally productive to support their staff instead of leaning on crutch of " pandemic excuses. Maybe that would help attract & keep staff, resulting in a happy customer experience. Americans are tired of sub par service & product, paying more for it. Stop making excuses & get to work managers !
Chili's has been a staple for my wife and I for 15+ years. This location has great food 90% of the time and the waiting staff are always friendly. Unfortunately covid has hit them like everyone else. We've had multiple times where there's only one waitress serving an entire side of the restaurant, which makes service a bit slow. However we're always patient since we know they are understaffed. Once they get back to full staffing this will be a 5* for Chili's.
Why did I choose Chili's? The food always seems bland to me. But nonetheless, I forgot lunch at home so I chose this location. Staff were friendly, food was quick so no real complaints about that particular location.
Our waitress, Angie, was awesome! The food was better than expected. We were happy with the whole experience.
Went for lunch probably the best chili’s i’ve been to in a while. Great service. Very quick with everything. 9/10!
Very noisy waited 10 minutes for a server . Took forever to get food and even longer to get drinks. As far as taste it was ho hum. Not worth the wait.
Everything was really good. The service the food and the bill!
