I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Horrible portions. If you want fresh fries cause they are cold when given to you,nope, they put them back into the frier to "warm them up". All employees have an attitude. Said what do YOU want me to do about it , when asking about the cold fries we were given. Ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with only lettuce and they put onions on it, didn't want to deal with the employees any longer, so rude. Guy who took our order also keep touching, and playing with is hair.The last 2 visits in the past where amazing, nothing like today.
Deplorable staff, attitude, giving out essentially poor quality bread sandwiches because they put barely any meat on it. Old as hell fries... And when asked to please make fresh fries they just dumped The old fries back in the frier for a few seconds and then said there its fresh. i dont even wanna begin on everything that was awful just too much to list. Literally the ONLY GOOD thing was that we could see them "cooking"
I'm guessing the experienced more friendly crew went to work at the new location on Gatlin. Felt bad for the two female workers today doing it all by themselves while the curly haired younger gentleman who didn't say a word the entire time taking our order just sat there brushing his hair back repeatedly did nothing to help the cause. Watching him continously violate health code was enjoyable to watch while paying 27$ for 2 sandwiches that were missing half the meat.
First time there.. and it was great.. the wings are awesome.. and the cheesesteak was delish...but the best were the staff.. Port st Lucie location...employees were friendly, attentive and kind.. even though the line was out the door...
Stopped into Charleys for the first time and everything was phenomenal! From the staff, the wait time for food, the food itself, and cleanliness everything was amazing. Highly recommended
Just ordered for the first time,very disappointed. The meat was completely tasteless.I don’t expect Charley’s to be open for very long.
The food is good but it's hit or miss with the staff. The past 3 times I've gone I've had issues.1st- I placed a mobile order and went in to get it and was screamed at by a female worker "you need to call first to see if we are open. We are closed. Go away"2nd-We ordered and were goven the wrong sandwiches, we were the only people there.3rd- I placed a mobile order again, during regular business hours. Went in to get the food and was told they were still closed (at noon) because the manager had not shown up for work yet. The management here is really lacking.There doesnt seem to be a corporate presence for this company to alert them to the issues going on here.
Usually where I go to eat when at the mall. I think the staff may have changed due to the food quality going down. Ask for bacon well done and given bacon par cooked. Was told by the prep that, that's well done for them. Laziness can destroy a business if not taken care of. Probably my last sandwich here if they don't improve.
