We love our soft pretzels in this family!! We go here almost everytime were at the treasure coast mall and are never disappointed. Tonight we were craving some pretzles and I just didnt have the energy to drive out to the mall and deal with the friday night crowd. I ordered delivery from door dash and was extremely pleased with the outcome. Our order was perfect and got delivered in a very timely manner. All of the food was still hot and perfectly cooked (as always). Wonderful job to the staff at Auntie Anne's!!!! Keep up the amazing work!!
Not a bad idea at all - friendly people and a good product - perhaps a little too pricy. Recommend them for a small break to hit the spot!

Close when they want on slow days and if its 10,20,30,40,45 minutes till close they won't make more. I wouldn't recommend coming after 5pm
Normally I love aunties but I got some pretzel nuggets today And they were totally burnt. When I told the employee he explained it was the Teflon oven they cook them in and that all the pretzels are that way. I’ve gotten pretzels at that location and many other locations for years and have never had that experience or been told that. They did offer to make it right but That they would be the same on the bottom. Needless to say I will not be back.

No issues with the product. The manager/supervisor at the Jensen Beach mall have the worst attitude ever. I tried to pay with an Auntie Anne’s electronic gift card but their scanner didn’t read it for some reason. Instead of offering a solution or ask the cashier to type in the numbers, she treated me like I was scaming the system and simply said No and do whatever you want. I was my my daughters. Believe me if it wasn’t for them, I would of just left. Extremely rude lady. I even felt bad for the young guy at the register.
Usually these are amazing pretzels (cinnamon sugar) but I bought a cup of bites today and they were crunchy instead of soft and chewy. Very disappointed
They ran their dish an HOUR before they closed so I couldn't get a powered pretzel.
