Decided to try this place based on the good reviews. We were not disappointed, the pizza, especially the crust, is very New York thin and crispy. It doesn’t make you feel overstuffed after eating. This is a family owned business and deserves support.
I've been coming here and ordering for the past 4 years. I live in Miami but come to Jensen beach at least once a month. Their veggie pizza is mazing and every plate we have ordered has been amazing. I was reading some of the reviews and I must say that a lot of ppl love to hate. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. They are amazing. Many times I ask them to change something on my order and they do with no hesitation. I order from here every other day when I am in town. Best place in town hands down.
I wish I could give Alberto’s 6 stars! My family and I came here on vacation, as we always look for local restaurants to go to. The service and food were amazing! Our server, Marco, provided us with excellent service and make sure we had everything we needed. He made great meal suggestions! The rigatoni & broccoli dish was our favorite, it was delicious! I would recommend Alberto’s to anyone visiting this area.
Amazing pizza! Most delicious crust that I've eaten in I don't know how many years. The most beautiful lady served us and used a pizza cutter that I had never seen before and made feeding my twins a breeze. And then to my surprise, as were leaving, she gifting us with our own brand new pizza cutter! Thank you so much! You are an angel to us single moms ???
Based on review I thought the food was going to be as good as a true Italian meal. very disappointed.Zucchini fries was Soggy, Gnocchi is soft did not have a bite to it not to mention it was so oily, Mediterranean octopus salad was not all cooked well/Chicken cacciatore flavor was bland pasta it was about 1/4 of a cup on the plate . The price you pay was not even worth it. Not to mention the whole family went to Alberto’s pizza afterwards and it was the best pizza ever. The only great thing was good service.
Went there for the 1st time yesterday to try their pizza. When we walked inside, we were greeted by a very nasty older pizza maker behind the counter. He was condescending to another customer when he wanted to pay for his slice of pizza with a debit card. We then went to order our pie, and were told very nastily, it would take 55 minutes. He could have cared less about serving the customer. Was he busy, yes. Did he need to treat his customers in this manner, no. We will never return to try it especially after watching him knead the dough with his hands and then grabbing a pen and paper to write our order, only to return to kneading the dough without cleaning his hands. Who knows, their pizza could be really good, but we will never go there based on that guy being extremely nasty.
They only have one pizza size, really BIG! Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak pizza, a White pizza, and a combo pasta order of Chicken Parmigiana and Manicotti. Marinara sauce was delicious, lots of toppings on pizzas, the manicotti was great, rich and flavorful! Even my sister loved everything, and she is a pretty picky eater.
What a nice local gem. Three of us went for dinner on Friday night. We decided to eat family style, ordering a pepperoni pizza, chicken Marsala, and cheese ravioli. Everything was excellent. They served a couple of lovely side salads and some hot bread. Server recommended Peroni beer; it did not disappoint. Atmosphere was cozy. We will be back to try other offerings.
Excellent Italian Entrée experience here. The menu is diverse. The staff is friendly. Fast Kitchen. The House Salad with homemade Italian dressing with warm bread is great. The Chicken Cacciatore was very tasty and voluminous. Mucho left-overs. The place is clean and the ambiance is warm.
This is such a shame, we ordered from them a few days earlier (pick up) and although it took 25 mins longer than it should have (they messed up the entire order and had to remake it all) the food had good flavor and the older gentleman that assisted us was apologetic and nice. Four days later we ordered a vege pizza to pick up on the way home. My wife went in to get the pie as we had paid online when we ordered (seemed easier and faster as it was raining). The man (mid to late 20's I would say) behind the counter bolted out from behind the counter when my wife stated she was there for the Vege pie. He actually gave the pie to the guy who just left, who was now in his car and we can see that he had the top open and was visibly inspecting the pizza and stuck his face in the box. The man switched pizzas with the customer and brought the now wet boxed pizza and proceeded to give it to my wife! The customer in the car (who originally had the pizza) kept wiping his nose and we saw him sneeze with the box open! I'm not sure if he sneezed on the pizza, but either way that was disgusting! She was obviously aghast at this! She asked if he really wanted her to take this wet, now semi cold pizza that someone stuck their face in (in the middle of a pandemic!!!)? He grunted something, took out a dry box and slid the pizza into it and said "here, all better now lady?"!! She said she wanted a new fresh pizza that no one had already potentially touched, etc. He said "Its fine, just take it, I already gave you a new box"!!! He wouldn't make a new one!!! If we hadn't already paid for it, she would have just left. She took the pizza and eventually threw it out. Thought about giving it to a homeless person (s) but didn't want to potentially give them whatever the guy in the car had so we threw it out and had to go find supper somewhere else!
