Food was mediocre for the price point and portions were small. Also customer service was not welcoming at all. I walked in for my lunch break and the young man behind the counter looked off as if to avoid eye contact and brace himself to deal with a customer who happens to be of color. Then after I order I wait off to the side and a black woman staff member comes up and asks if I'm door dash or who I'm picking up for. This is insulting. I understand I wasn't dressed in normal casual wear for "Zoe's" asthetic, however I was in my work clothes grabbing a bite to eat. Perhaps I wasn't what she imagined a customer there looks like? The prejudgment and all around prejudice was cringe. Town center is already riddled in racism and cringe moments most black people endure but in 2022 I'd like to think people have grown up some but I guess not. Very disappointed and will not be back.
Tyler helped me & he was awesome! Gave me the best advice on what to order and everything was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable service - will definitely be back!!
My girlfriend and I ordered the steak sandwich and chicken roll ups. There was very little meat on either sandwich, very unlike the past visits. Very disappointed in the food especially after a 25 minute wait
Amazing chicken salad! The pasta salad however is nothing to write home about. The salmon pita was definitely on point and the steak roll ups were flavorful, but admittedly sat a little heavy. Have dined in and had it delivered. Holds up pretty well with a short wait for delivery if you’re ever considering it, and the service was pretty good for counter service when I was dining in.
Worst Chicken Soup I Ever Had. The first time It came out it had no broth. the second time it came out very little broth. When I got Home to eat the soup it tasted like there was a complete container of salt in the soup. It was horrible !
First time visiting this place today. The staff was very polite and informative. The Greek salad with grilled chicken was amazing?
I’m super disappointed in my delivery order. It was cold when it got to me and the delivery was quick. I ordered the food and 10 min later it got to my door, so I’m not sure why everything was ice cold when it’s supposed to be warm. I asked for cucumber slices with hummus and they did NOT even cut the cucumber. They just gave me half a cucumber and one cucumber slice?? What the heck. Also, the roasted veggies were not cooked at all and just taste like burnt raw veggies. So sad because I really love Zoe’s….
The cobb salad was delicious. The Lamb meatballs were so delicious and the big chocolate cookie...hit the spot. Thanks. Great customer service.
I did not appreciate their take on falafel, too yuppy for me. Though they were nice and it was clean. I didn't try anything else.
Ok! That's it!!This is the second time that I've been to this location and have gotten bad customer service or slop! The first time I went I ordered a family meal. The cashier entered my order wrong, the shift manager got snappy with me, and was slamming things around after telling her twice what was missing from my order.The first time I ever tried Zoes, it was on the Riverside of Jacksonville. The food and customer service was stupendous! I guess I expected this type of service from all locations. Today(11/21/21) I decided to give Zoes in the Town Center another try. This time I ordered my food online @ 12:05pm. My order was to be due for pick up @ 12:20pm. I arrived @ Zoes 12:18pm. My food was cold. My kabobs were not grilled. My hummus was majority oil. They gave me so much pita bread and greek salad loaded with entirely to much feta cheese. The portions were just all off. You can tell that it was a bunch of kids on staff there for a paycheck. There was no pride in anything.. I am sure the owner of this location would not agree with the services that I experienced. I WILL NEVER go back to Zoes at the Town Center if that was the last place on earth to eat. A waist of time and money!
