As soon as I entered the restaurant I knew it would not be satisfactory due to the lack of cleanliness of the place. Then I noticed the employees were not friendly and behind the counter looked un kept. I should’ve turned around but I placed my order and went to the bathroom. It was filthy, floors were sticky, and it had a bad smell. The bathroom floor is overly sticky to where it tracks outside of the bathroom into the restaurant. When I received my order, the chicken and fries had a bitter taste, which is an indicator of old grease. They need to change the grease to maintain quality food. After all of that, I couldn’t eat my salad for fear of food poisoning. This location is a sanitation nightmare!
The service was good the guy at the window was very friendly and nice. The grilled cheese was good and the chicken was also. Only bad thing was the fries were soggy. They were the crinkly fries so I expected them to be crunchy. Not sure if it was because we took it to go but not good fries. Will give them another try.
if i could give this place a 0 i would. the workers are slow, the bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush. we ordered a grilled sandwich meal and after 30 minutes of waiting one of the meals didn’t even have chicken inside the burger. the drinks were flat and the workers in the back were eating and just laughing making jokes. and the meals didn’t even have enough fries. worst place and don’t recommend.
First time ever there food was OK. The little girl at the register very polite. Place was clean bathrooms to. Probably would have gave it 5 stars but the owner/ manager was showing a new employee how to load the drink cartridges into the soda machine. I felt he was talking down to this kid and he didn't seem very polite for someone in his capacity.
Please hire more professional people not immature rude little girls that have super long nails and eat McDonald's while on the clock handling customers orders and also don't acknowledge people standing right in front of them then proceed to catch an attitude because they can't get anything right.
First time at this location last week my chicken fingers were half the size of what they normally are. Second time, I paid for a Cobb salad and received a plain salad with soggy toast, no utensils, no receipt. My fault for not asking for a receipt or checking my order before leaving. The girl at the window had nails so long I accidentally grabbed them when taking my card back. I should have read the reviews sooner. Will not be returning to this location.
Entrance is black with grease, dirt in the corners of the Foyer food was 18mins they are prioritizing drive through over sit down at least in my case. Pay some wages and hire. Living wage or get a drill instructor to make this low paid minions work harder smarter and faster
I got the Big Zak Snack for my kids. It was more like the Anti Big Zack Snack . The fries were cold and a very small amount. The chicken tenders have gotten smaller. The toast was burnt. The only thing that was good was the lemonade.
The cashier was nice. I explain that I was deaf and she had the patience to show me what she was saying. The House salad was good. One of my favorites to get.
Very clean and welcoming restaurant. Food was tasty, definitely recommend.
