Salad was large and good, but $11 for a Cobb salad is ridiculous, no one can eat that large of a salad. You should offer half salads and half sandwich or soup maybe.
I am so done with zaxbys.Especially this one.I asked for the boneless wings and the cashier seemed confused to my response. I just changed my order. Then I went to get ketchup. She lied saying there was no ketchup behind the register. There was ketchup. Thankfully another worker got me ketchup. The fries tasted like soggy earthworms and the tenders tasted like raw fish. I can’t believe I wasted my money on that.
Every time I come drive thru is busy but they keep the line moving. Customer service is good too! The food is always on point and this is about my fourth visit and the chicken meals are definitely my favorite!!! The lil one loves the Kiddy cheese. I have paid extra for sauces and they never have the correct amount in the bag but other than that they do pretty good!!!!

Don’t bother getting a salad from this Zaxby’s they have the hardest time getting it correct I asked for a House Fried Salad with No tomatoes and Light cheese. They gave me the Blue Salad with lettuce, onion straws, and blue cheese crumbles. I’m over this location this is the third time and they do not listen at all

The dining room was mopped with a mop that had to have been used in the kitchen as the floor was greasy. The tables were not clean. Like other restaurants with drive-thru service post covid, this restaurant has lost its ability to have a dining room service.
I went through the drive thru about 06:45 pm on today 021922, the customer service was excellent. The issue was with my order, I asked for XTRA crispy and they were anything but crispy. I was truly disappointed.
Ate here 3 times and came up with a bad stomach virus 3 weeks later my boyfriend ordered here and woke up in the middle of the night vomiting, It never fails with this location. I’ve had Zaxby’s on Blanding Blvd a million times and this never ever happened.
I think it’s time to open the dinning area back up. The line takes way to long to get through for a quick lunch break.
