Had to change plans due to the extreme crowding here tonight. They were fairly well staffed, just way too many customers even tho they were working very quickly to fill orders. But once got to the counter was informed it would be nearly an hour wait for prep, had to change mind and just go elsewhere. Will come back on a Tuesday or something when it's not too busy. It'll be back to 5 stars st that time I'm sure.
Customer service was excellent the gentleman that waited on me was very patient and helped me. The gentleman and the dining room was very nice it sure I had what I needed why was waiting and the man was steady steady busy watching tables making sure everything was clean which impressed me very much. I had not been there before I went for my grandson and he enjoyed the food very much.
I always enjoy Zaxby's. No matter what location I go to sometimes there is an employee who seems like they don't quite like their job but overall the food is always fresh , hot and good and for the most part the employees are always helpful and kind.
First timer. The chicken sandwich was good. Fries were hot but very little seasoning. The staff, specifically Mr. Michael, was worth returning!
The other place that's closed on Sundays was crowded and I didn't have the time .....so I chose to try Zaxby. I got the new big chicken sandwich. For me it was too breaded and crunchy. I'm not sure if I will try again. Possibly.
Great service, great food. The manager was out and talking with those dining in. Great guy to have running the operation. Always busy but always quick.
I'm not sure what the deal is with Zaxby's lately--the chicken (fingers) used to be so good and crispy--now it just doesn't taste fresh--it's never hot when I order. When I say hot I mean chicken that's been dropped fresh--it's lackluster and seems to have been sitting for a while. Same for the fries--just not satisfying anymore. For me, the quality of the chicken seems to have gone down. And that sucks. For the price--it's not worth it for me to spend my money here anymore.
The food is great and fresh made. The only thing is because they fresh make it, the wait is ridiculously long.. I sat in drive-thru line for 30 minutes. Totally worth it though! They have the best cobb salad ? ? I get it with fried chicken tenders tossed in tounge torch and use tounge torch and ranch as my dressing.
The food was fine but when are these other fast food places going to realize that they aren't Chick-Fil-A? I would like to be able to see a menu when I order, not have to talk to kids who obviously don't want to be out there and have to be coaxed into actually showing you a menu. Also, I was getting food for six so them not having drink carrier was a problem that ended up with me and my car covered in coke.
The wings and things are the best. The food was so fresh. Highly recommend. The drive thru is pretty long but it's does moves tho. But I just place my order online and pickup to avoid the long lines at the drive thru
