First and last time at this place. Deception is all I have to say about that. We went hiking down the street and were starving after, My lady being from Jersey, never had Zaxbys and said she'd always wanted to try it so here we are. I've heard great things about their tenders so was eager to try it as well and boy oh boy was I livid when she opened that box in the car. Those had to be the world's smallest tenders, no exaggeration! 11 dollars for 3 chicken nugget sized tenders, some dry non seasoned fries a diet coke that was 80% ice, and a piece of toast (that's the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars.... cause of the TOAST). Had to stop at a gas station up the street and get a refill on the coke too. Smh, I can't stand spending money and not getting what I paid for. 2 stars.
Last time I came and ate inside I had a hair fried up in my chicken and the Sweet tea was horrible. This time I’m here on a Sunday at 5pm and the inside is closed. That’s pretty pathetic and shows how lazy the workers are here. I guess this is the new and unimproved America hard at work
The food was hot and fresh but the sauce soaked into the wings and made them kinda dry. Not sure why there was no celery this time.
If I could give this place no stars I would every other time I go here my order is never correct and I’m always given someone else’s food and tonight was so bad I was told to Parkin a spot and wait for my food to be done… I waited 25mins… and it was cold.
This restaurant has really gone down hill. I brought my 2 children here for a quick dinner before baseball practice. The cashier seemed annoyed to have to take our order. We went to sit and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Sticky and gross only begin to describe it. We got our food. My chicken club was dry and overcooked. Definitely not worth the price paid. I went to ask for Ketchup and was given 5 packets by same rude cashier who just dropped them in my hand. Definitely not going back. Not only is it expensive, but the food and service were subpar at best. Should've trust my instinct and gone to Chick-Fil-A down the road!!
I had the pleasure of ordering lunch at this location off Roosevelt I went through the drive-through the two young ladies at the window were extremely nice my food was delivered fast and in a friendly manner I got home my food was still hot and fresh and everything was as delicious as it should be I recommend this Zaxby’s location to anyone I will definitely be returning
Always enjoy their traditional wings in nuclear sauce with the ranch to dip them in to tame the heat. They were especially large on this visit.
Food was good. Was not thrilled how we were treated in the drive through line. Was not a great experience. But it is fast food. What do you expect.
Consistency good food but I have noticed the line going so much slower during the pandemic. I’m usually in a decent hurry when I pick food up from there but I now have to factor in some extra time. Nothing crazy but as a business owner I thought you should know.
Fingernails and attitude got to go home girl ?bad for business nobody wants to be getting food with somebody with 5-inch fingernails on them and no gloves. Poking people's hands while handing them drinks.Food was great as usual. Props to whoever is in the kitchen. Get rid of them fingernails in that attitude and I'll come back and eat. ??
