I have not tried to go online and make a complaint but this is then the sixth time I have complained to the store and everyone they have not made my order correctly for the 6th time I am not returning back up there because I do not have time to go back my kids are hungry and they barely even made the food correctly will not be going back here anytime soon
I went to this zaxbys to grab some food. After waiting 30 minutes in the ridiculously long and slow drive through line, I was greeted with the worst amount of attitude from the girl at the intercom. Almost in the sense that I just needed to shut up and just go somewhere else cause they didn’t feel like providing the product and service they advertise. After getting to the window the guy at the window almost gave me the wrong drink and then I corrected him that it was wrong…. I got more attitude. Then after receiving my food (which I later found out that was undercooked) I said “thank you have a blessed one” and then I get the window slammed in my face. Never coming back to this “establishment” again and ensuring no one I know does either. Taking my business to Culver’s. HIGHER BETTER EMPLOYEES!
I went right as they opened and I figured it would be a good time to go. I pull up to place my order and wait 10 minutes to place my order while I had cars blowing their horns at me to move up. The girls attitude when I got to the window was terrible. She just glared at me when I asked a question about my order. I pulled up to wait for my order and when it was handed to me it was almost falling out in the bag. I checked my order and it was missing tounge torch sauce which is the main ingredient. I looked at the other item in my order and it looked right. I went inside and git them to fix it. Once I got home (which is two minutes away) the wings tasted stale and ice cold like they poured warm sauce over a cold wing to make it look edible. Highly dissatisfied with the experience.
Just wanted to say how pleasant Ms. Renee was today! She was very customer orientated and was a wonderful addition to your restaurant. Food was also enjoyable and fresh today! More like this, it'll be a five star experience. Please commend her!!!
20 Booths 8 tables. 8 booths and 1 table occupied.Every remaining table and booths - not one clean one - not one ☝️ Guess they count on just drive thru and not the dining area.Dirty. Sticky. Doubt they’ve cleaned in several days.Got my food to go…..
The food is pretty good actually the only reason I give a bad rating is how bad the lines are. Pulling up and seeing 20 cars in line is pretty disheartening. The customer service was also fine. Just comparing the wait to a restaurant that has twice the customers but have innovated like Chick-fil-A it's just lazy watching them think they can stay the same. A second order line for cars would help. But instead the owners pocket the money.
So I've never been to a Zaxby's and can and did walk into this restaurant with an open and objective mind.It's worth it. This is a high quality chicken restaurant that uses what I'd term the generous use of market and food innovation to make a good product and experience.For example the grease and batter used on the chicken itself is a lot lighter and calorie conscious than other chicken locations.Another quality are is the effective use of sauces and spices. It's acts like it should and garnishes and adds to the overall flavor. I had the nibbler meal which is a lightweight sandwich with fries which, at $9.99 is one of the more inexpensive items on the menu. I'm pleased to say that I didn't bite into one chicken bone this whole meal. ??The restaurant itself is spacey, well laid out and kept clean. Service is friendly and efficient they keep it moving but still focused and on quality.I didn't do anything with the online App but from reading the door quickly also appears to be innovative in terms of online orders and some of the specials that are offered in support of this.Lastly, out of a five star review. They have very good parking. Safe and away from the drive thru and entry way to this great place to enjoy a great chicken meal. ?
Placed a pickup order for the first time here. It was ready and on the shelf waiting when I arrived. The food was good and the sweet tea is the best!
It is a very clean and orderly place. The workers there are kind and hardworking. I was there when it was very busy but left very satisfied. Everything I ordered was excellent and they gave it to me as fast as they could considering the circumstances.
Paid for a large fry and got 10 fries lol guy at speaker was rude kept asking "is that all " like can I finish ordering yo, no receipt. Food was good just wish he had a better attitude and wish I wouldnt have paid for a large fry.
