This is of of my family’s favorite place. The drive thru lines be long be prepared to wait . The customer service is amazing. The food is delicious.
The manager was so friendly and helpful! Didn't even charge me for my fries with my free signature chicken sandwich! I will be coming back to this zaxby's. Customer service is the key and friendly service
This place was a joke! Super slow! Bit off way more than they can chew! Wait time at peek over 30 minutes for my first experience with this restaurant. Don't do it unless middle of night. Right next to truck stop.
Door says dining room closes at 10pm! I’m here at 9:21pm and and they have it locked! I called in and they gave a story about it closes at 9pm!! This drive thru line is soo long, then it seems like their taking one order at a time & completing that order before they take another customer. With 9 cars ahead of me, Im sure they’ll be close prior to me even getting to the menu board or don’t have what I’m looking to get!Ok, so I get to the window (they tell me that they don’t have grilled meat anymore) and take my payment, then ask me to pull up to the white line so they can help others behind me, I told her no. Guess she thought I was gonna pull forward and asked me to pull forward again, I say you ain’t tell me to pull up prior to taking my money! So she gets an attitude and slams the window, comes back and forcefully hand me my food.I open my food and realized the order isn’t correct, call back up there and let them know and their arguing In the background about why did they even answer the phone when it’s after closing! I asked “who’s the manger on duty”, not can I speak to the manager; and a gentleman comes on the phone and says his name is Thadus, I explain it to him and he tells me to come back tomorrow and speak with someone then….
Will never go back, my food was old. It wasn't able to be eaten once I got back to my truck. Always check my food, but this time I didn't, because it was my favorite eatery. Caught an Uber to get there. Not this spot. Bread, chicken tenders and even my wings was hard. Couldn't eat it. Only thing was eatable was the fries. This is the second Zaxby's in Florida I have eaten from a yet again disappointed. I'm done. I'll wait till I get back to Carolina to eat at another Zaxby's.
House salad was not the freshest food I usually get from Zaxbys. I asked for no onions yet there were still some fried onions in my salad. It was as if they were added then picked off. Took a little longer to go through the drive through than normal even though there seemed to be plenty of employees working.
The food today was excellent. I had the Big Zax Snack tenders rolled in Hot Honey Mustard. The fries were also excellent. Everything was on point!!

This place is so unorganized. My salad was in the “ready” bar for like 5 minutes with everyone walking past it and looking stressed out. It took 5 whole minutes for someone to actually bag that salad and hand it to me smh.
Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong lines round 4 until..... But good food. Always make sure you ask for fresh wings. I've had several times old boneless mixed with fresh boneless. You can definitely tell. But still good food tho. Oh yeah. Check ur food b4 you drive off. TRUST ME. COULD REGRET IT BIG TIME.
