Basic Chinese food, it was ok, not too spendy, I’ll go back.
Friendly staff and quick. Would recommend the Lo Mein and Gen Tso chicken.
Ordered delivery and my food arrived with decent timing.
Another cookie cutter Chinese fast food take out/ delivery.
Usually the very best Pepper Steak meal, but why can't we get some sauce included when we ask for it ?? We are regular customers for years, and when we order, we ask for extra sauce. Sometimes they will do it, today they would not. Also, the egg rolls are normally crunchy and fresh, but today they were soggy.
I decided on this place randomly one night because I didn't know what I wanted to eat and hadn't had chinese food in a long time. I ordered a large beef lo mein w extra meat. I picked it up, paid, and went home. Staff was average. When I got home and opened the stapled bag, then opened the stapled Styrofoam container containing the noodles, I knew as soon as I looked at it that something wast right. The noodles were way under cooked and tasted doughty, there was little to no sauce anywhere in the dish so it was all totally dry, and there was barely any meat in there. I immediately called and explained this food is inedible and they took it back for a refund. WILL NOT COME BACK HERE EVER
Food tasted great until I found a piece of solid metal in my mouth after biting into my chicken. Won’t be back
1 hour 20 min delivery. Cold food.
I love thier Singapore Chow Mei Fun!I always do pick up, everything is great every time I go there and they are open a little later than other places for the late night appetite ?
The quality, flavor and taste of the food has experienced an significant decline recently. At one time, Wok House was an excellent Chinese restaurant in the Kernan and Beach Blvd area. The food was flavorful, excellent quality and made to order. Now, it appears that Wok House has cut a few corners and prepare well in advance the ingredients for their dishes which has resulted in a significant decline in quality, freshness and taste. For example, we ordered a serving of Kung Po Chicken recently that was disappointing. The breading on the chicken was hard and tough…it tasted and appeared to have been prepared well in advance of being packaged for takeout. Additionally, their Singapore Chow Mei Fun was once outstanding, but now is of poor quality, less flavorful and oily. Hopefully, Wok House will return to providing the quality and fresh product they once offered. This is the second consecutive order from Wok House that has proved disappointing. On the previous order, their once outstanding chicken wings were soggy and lack the crispness of previous orders. As a result, we will be finding an alternative Chinese / Asian takeout restaurant.
