My wife just got served a cold pink in the middle chicken club. They messed up half of our order by not putting bacon on the sandwich, not including the snacks with my kids meals, gave me the wrong drink and forgot our sauces. This is the third time we've had an issue with this location and the last. If anything this place is a compelling argument as to why fast food workers don't deserve $15 an hour
This is the saddest blue cheese Burger EVER!! I can't even believe I just paid $14 dollars for this burger onion rings and a drink... This is not Right! Don't waste your money or time...
Be careful at this location!!!!I used the drive through, used my business card. The girl walked away with it out of my view for a few seconds. Then came back with it. That same night there was a charge for $180.27 at an online clothing store named SHEIN.COM I had never even heard of before! Manually entered my card number. I reported this transaction. Now I'm pressing charges against the restaurant and the girl
Whataburger on Normandy Blvd next to Publix is the most professionally run restaurant on Normandy Blvd. Service is outstanding. The service is great. Managers are always visible and doing a good job. Really good employees. And of course , the best hamburgers and food and Orange drinks around.
I've tried giving your 2-lane drive thru a chance for the last month or two, but I won't be back to Whataburger until you get rid of it at this location. I waited 35 minutes - watching 6 cars who had ordered after me get their food before me - only to be missing 1 of the 4 items I ordered and 2 of the items were wrong. At that point I was late getting back to work and didn't want to go back through the drive thru or come inside to wait again. Might be a better idea to have the 4 employees outside taking order and running food go inside and help cook and check orders.

I'm a huge fan. But after last night. I'm calling corporate. They threw my tomatoe under the sandwich. I have my recipe. This was the worst experience of customer service I had. I'm never eating here again. Don't eat here!!! Don't trust them with your food. I'll continue to drive to the Middleburg location.
THE MOST INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. LIVE CLOSE FOR THE PAST 2 years, NEVER HAVE GOTTEN FOOD UNDER 20 min EVEN WITH NO ONE IN LINE. WHOEVER MANAGES HERE SHOULD BE FIRED. TOOK 45 min TODAY. THEY MAGICALLY LOST MY FOOD THIS TIME AFTER IVE WAITING 30 MIN MAKING IT 45 min BY TIME I GOT FOOD. THIS IS EVERYTIME !!!!NOT JUST ONE BAD TIME .
My husband & I go to whataburger every other day (Due to it being close to home) and every time I go my order is messed up even after added upcharges. It happens every time but I think I was just over it when today they left everything I took off a sandwich on it, didn’t even add the up charge item. Every time I come to this location something is always missing if it not the extra fry/ hash browns it’s the bacon missing that I paid for or for some reason no lettuce and tomato means still add it. I want this location to step it up a renovation isn’t gonna do it. get some employees that care about doing the job it’s no reason why a customer should be missing something they paid for. Plus check your soda fountain the sprite is horrible I shouldn’t have to play Russian roulette with your drinks.
Highly highly disappointed they took the cookie out of the kids meal. Other than that it was good. Hot n fresh!
