1st time at a Whataburger and I highly recommend if you want a quality cheeseburger. Was so surprised and happy to find this place on a trip to Jacksonville. I did not know they were in Florida.Pros:One of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had! Beef patties were above average, seasoned, flavorful but not dripping with greese.Bannana Pudding Shake was soooo good, not too sweet or thick and filled with flavor!Flavorful fresh toppings. Whataburger has their own ketchup and its labeled fancy, tastes above average. Cheese is above average too but costs extra, about $1.50 for two slices of cheese. Onions and tomatoes seemed like they might have been freshly prepared that day.Fast and friendly service. Place seemed to be well staffed. Unexpected at a major fast food chain but appreciated ?Cons:Fries were terrible, reminds me of Steak & Shake fries, thin & flavorless. Surprising considering how good everything else was. Got a side of chicken gravy for over a $1, was pretty good gravy. Jalapeno Ranch dipping sauce was pleasently spicy and flavorful.Pricey for a fast food place. About $14 for the Triple Cheeseburger Meal with Medium Shake, Large Fry Upgrade, & gravy side. You do get quality food (besides the fries) for what you pay.

Three burgers, sides and a chicken sandwich and every burger was mashed flat. It Didn't really affect the flavor but definitely a first time to have a visual disappointment upon unwrapping the burgers (actually I could tell before opening the wrapper). Service was fine. We spent $30 dollars on otherwise good grub. I expect and Hope for better next time. Let's get back to a four or five star reviews that Whataburger is famous for!
First time from Tampa at this restaurant and location. Burgers were sooooooo good. Jumbo burgers packed with flavor. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Restaurant clean. Super friendly customer service
I love Whataburger so much being born and raised in Houston. Was looking forward to feeding my craving after 3 years.Today was a miss. Food was great, but drive through did not add the extra patty to my burger and they also missed the extra honey butter I paid for. Also didn’t add the spicy ketchup I asked for. I even tipped the worker $5 since I was so excited.
I actually loved the burger. I ordered the number 2 special order. I did not wait long. The store provided me and my gues with a number placard and the food was brought hot and fresh by Joe. He was great Ann offered more ketchup, salt, pepper and anything. The cashier was very nice as well. I'm sorry I did not catch her name. An excellent recommendation for a quick and non greasy quality bite.
Workers were extremely friendly and polite, also very helpful. My GPS was acting up and I was trying to get back to I 95 to go back home to Savannah, when I asked the man who gave me my order how do I get back to i-95... He told me exactly what to do, where to turn, even landmarks that I will be passing.. he was extremely helpful, I am greatly appreciative for his advice, it really helped a lot, as I was tired and been driving since 10:00 in the morning but up since 2:00 everyone at that Whataburger was extremely helpful and polite the manager should be proud of every single one of them, and we need more people like that in this world and in customer service.. I would definitely go back there again when I go to Jacksonville.. thank you to everyone at that Whataburger that I came in contact with you really made a very long day turnout very good for me.. thank you all very much

I work in the area of this location I was excited when I found out it was a Whataburger near the office not so much anymore I have tried several times to attempt to get something that would be considered food. unfortunately I can actually count in the two and a half years working for that company I've eaten at that location seven times mainly because it's a last resort I'm starving and there's nothing else but I know I'm going to be sitting in the line for at least 30 minutes
Had a late night craving, and Whataburger did the trick. There was a long line at the drive-thru but from the time we ordered to the time we got the food, it went pretty quickly. The staff was polite and helpful. The food was spot on and temperatures were hot. Would definitely go again.
