Big thanks to the guys in the auto service department. Took car to get a battery and ended up having to push (with the help of the guys in the auto service dept) the car to a parking space where the next day I went back to replace the alternator. The guys in the auto service department came out several times bringing cold bottles of water and to check in on us offering the use of any tools we needed. Great customer service and was really appreciated.
Kernan's location is nice and clean the people that welcome you are very very sweet... we were pleasantly surprised when there were multiple cash registers opened. Needless to say we love this location!
The Walmart is a great store to shopping the prices quality products the only problem I have it in the store if they lack of customer service in some departments but other than that it's a Greek store to have in the neighborhood I just wish we had more of these stores in New York City I would like to thank everyone who looks at my reviews I hope it helps in every way I recently lost someone truly dear to me spend precious time with your loved ones because no one is promised tomorrow thank you and God bless you all stay safe and healthy
Good maintained premises. Found required items, but organic mint plant was Out of Stock. Walmart app lists same as in stock. Organic basil plant was not in good condition. Could not locate organic bananas also.

I accidentally placed my pickup order for the wrong location on Beach Blvd. The staff member at the location I went to told me not to worry about it and the charge would come off. I ran in, grabbed my stuff, and left. The next day I got a confirmation and the charge went through. So either someone,a) stuck my order in some random persons car (who would not have known our names) and without checking any form of I.D.b) someone who works there said I picked it up and kept it for themselvesbecause it magically got picked up by someone that was neither me nor my husband. This is the first and last time I ever do a grocery pickup from Walmart again.
Great experience, had no problem with my return and when I needed help several times at the self checkout, the assistant was very patient with me.
Wal-Mart bakery is awesome.
It is always dirty, the staff seem to have the attitude of "look, I really don't care about this job or you, I just need a paycheck" kind of attitudes. The only people that seem "nice" or even smile are the greeters and even some of them don't truly embrace their position. If you are not embracing your job fully and just need a paycheck, at least embrace being cordial, respectful and know your facts about your job.
Not terrible, but your typical Walmart where you have to search for someone if you need help. Electronics isn't as bad as they used to and it looks like they did some work because it looks pretty good back there.This store is always clean.
