Cooks did great but all the waitresses said only Togo and this was @ 11:08pm but they had 5 employees this happens everytime I come here at night
I've been disappointed the past few times I've ordered eggs over easy. I tried to adjust by asking for sunny side up but, those also come out over cooked severely. Really hopeful this doesn't keep occuring. I usually love waffle house....
The cook rusty is amazing. However the evening shift is different. They will not answer the phone at all. You can't go in and eat. They have it blocked off. You look over at a table to watch employees from another shift sitting at the table eating from another restaurant. This restaurant needs alot of work for sure
This is their new waffle flat . My first one was cold hard but no one is watching the waffle iron and just playing around this is what you get wow
Someone needs to teach the cook how to make overeasy eggs. Two times I've ordered they are cooked all the way through. No yoke!!!! I even told them the last time and it was still cooked all the way through. Won't be back!!!!
My husband and I visited this location this morning, my grits were lumpy so I asked for a new plate. My waitress, TAYLOR was very helpful, and got me a whole fresh plate of food. She was polite and on point. The hostess, HAYLEY was very sweet, I love that personalize your exit by saying your name. Thanks ladies... ?
Could not call ahead,arrived and stood at register 15 mins before anyone took my order. Apparently no orders can be placed 20 min before shift change. The food however was good enough for 2 stars
The mid shift was rude and disrespectful..Walk in the staff cussing and yelling with one another who going home first...No one ask for my order I had to approach them then my order was taken other people where waiting for there order to be taken. I ask where is management ? I was told the guy working the grill is the supervisor in stead of him completing orders he was mopping the floor.. I just ask for my money back they didn't have a care in the world.. Some young people just don't care the whole team was young
Ordered 2 All Star breakfast’s for dinner. Order was ready when I arrived, short drive, and made to perfection. Grits with the add-in’s were great. Eggs perfect. The biscuit looks yummy but I’m saving it for breakfast to finish off the gravy and grits that I could eat.
Best waffle house I have ever been to. Great service. The food was definitely better than ever. Clean, fast.
