This night was a very good one with a quick visit for some breakfast. Everything was good with good customer service. Our server was great and the cook STAR was friendly and funny. I really appreciated her with how she was clean and and right on point with changing gloves when needed before touching or handling any food. Thanks for service that night pls keep up the good work the whole staff was on point.?

Very disappointed in tonight lack of service. The waiter was sitting down in the corner restringing her shoe laces. Tells us she will be with us shortly. She gets up as 3 young people walk in to place a to go, yet you have not taken our order. She goes and takes their order and we walks out because I felt like she did not want to serve us. Never experience at this waffle house before!
It's a Waffle House. They are all fairly standard. You go in, you sit down, you enjoy the atmosphere of Golden Sunshine and endless coffee. There are a few feelings more satisfying then dining at a waffle house.
I would have given 5 star's but the wait staff was arguing and then proceeded to tell us not to tell cooks our order was wrong. The reason I gave four stars is because of the cook crew in there this morning. They knew how to cook everything and worked fantastic together.I enjoyed my food and watching the cooks prepare food. Servers need to keep personal problems behind the wall not on the floor.
MaaaaannUuuhhh... I cook at home on the regular ... Went out to eat recently at the Ruby Tuesday's near hear... Only because my boss treated.... This place here IS PHENOMENAL.... the team here is Awesome it is may 21st 2022... The food here is CLEAN AF.... BOIIIIII... now I Know where to come for some REAL CLEAN FOOD...THANK U Y'ALL ???✨✨✨?
When to this Waffle House on 5/12/2022 and got food. When I came back to my hotel I opened to container to see there was a big piece of gum on my top of my waffle. How disgusting. Highly recommend not going to this Waffle House location.
The staff was fighting cussing throwing racial slurs. It was awful! Do not recommend
Waffle House is the one place you can go and watch your food being prepared and quick. The menu is the same at all of their restaurants. The service was really good. All around pleasant experience after walking out of another restaurant in the area. I don't take kindly to being shown a table and waiting twenty minutes and no further contact. My husband looked at me and said, let's go to Waffle House. Good idea. Thanks Waffle House for always being there for us with great food at reasonable prices.
In short, the staff and the atmosphere at night is really surreal and unwelcoming. The food turned out alright for the waffle house. You kinda know what you're gonna get (greasy salty average food).The thing that weirded me out was how absent minded and directionless the staff were. There were about 4 women kinda waddling around with glazed over eyes muttering things to each other and the customers. I couldn't decide where to sit since all of the tables seemed dirty or possibly still in use. One of the staff told me to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose the least dirty table closest to me.It was covered in grease and bits of old hash browns, so I tried to discreetly wipe some of it away with the napkins. I never got a menu but luckily I always get the same thing from waffle house so no biggy.My food came out but I still didn't have silverware. It took a little bit before my waitress waddled close enough for me to ask for some. She promptly cleaned some utensils and gave them to me which was appreciated, but she put them in a mug of hot water on my table. First time I've seen that move, I guess she didn't want to dry them off or something.But yeah everyone has a very unpleasant way about them. I didn't feel like I was welcomed at all and you know what? Despite the nature of waffle houses late at night bringing out the ghoulies and weirdos of society, I've never had an issue feeling welcomed there. The staff seem to resent customers and that's a shame.
