My favorite os the scattered potatoes with chopped ham all the way with the chili and the gravy on the side and if im real hungary ill add two eggs over easy and toast.. read the menu yall!!!!
On our many roads of travel we always stop by a Waffle House and some are hit and miss. This one is a hit. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The shift leader a young black lady ensured every customer was satisfied.Truly a well managed staff ?☺️
Staff is always super friendly. The food has been good. Always a great experience. Also, bring a few bucks for the jukebox to try some Waffle House favorites (they have their own soundtrack).
Great customer service! Travis cooked the food to perfection! I'm glad the waffle house on commonwealth closed as we pulled up and we ended up on Normandy. I will drive out of my way just to eat here!
Normally don't leave reviews but since this place is a repeat offender, I figured I would. First time we came here a while back, we were told there would be a wait for a table and when we asked about how long she thought it would be, the lady working there yelled at us, "How would I know?!" Tried again tonight. Not too busy but only a couple people working. Sat down and was told we'd be taken care of in a minute. Thirty minutes later, multiple people had shown up for work, people started telling the cook to-go orders for people that came in after us, the original waitress continued to get things for the table behind us, and she started bussing a dirty table after one group left. Still no service. Not even drinks. My suggestion would be to pick a different waffle house if you want to dine in.
We went to have Easter dinner breakfast only 2 people were working. We waited a little for the grills to get hot again I guess they were cleaning them. Even though it was only 2 people working they worked well together and and got our food and all the other tables food out with no issues. The cook was helping clean tables the server was making waffles they did a Great job! Finally another server came in and wasn't any help they were better off without her coming in.

I meet my friend here for breakfast as we were both hungry. I get there the staff is yelling and talking extremely loud. No one greets me or anything. It's 1:43 in the afternoon supposedly during a shift change. It appears most of staff have attitudes like your an inconvenience to them. I have experienced this on 3 occasions. This use to be a great waffle house to go, but it appears they can't get good workers anymore. I understand we all some type of issue or problems, but as I tell people I didn't sleep with you last night. The only saving grace yesterday was Gina. She was sweet and apologized for the other staffs behavior and she took good care of use. We sat at the area right from cash register and there were dirty dishes being stacked by Damon. DeDe came over and removed them thanked her for doing that. I spoke with this young lady who I later found out was in management and told her the staff needs an attitude adjustment and she she was going to address things with them in the am.
This location used to be nice and actually want to work but during certain times, they can’t cook any food!!!! Because the grill is down!!!! Mind you I do not get off til 4 or 5 in morning and don’t have time to eat through out the shift!!! They lost a loyal Customer
Went here at 6pm on 3/31/22. The waitress running the place with her hair in buns dyed different colors was rude,not doing any work,and too busy talking on her phone with her earpiece complaining about customers and her job.she ignored all the customers.took her forever to take our order because she was too busy talking on her phone,she didnt bring us real silverwear,instead she not set but threw some plastic to go forks at us...a lady waited at the checkout forever to pay,while she sat at a table talking on her phone,when the lady finally told her im trying to checkout,she snapped at the lady and said i know.she kept critisizing the older gentleman cook on everything he did,when he was trying to help customers doing her job that she wouldnt..the older gentleman cook did an awesome job cooking,then helping customers that she was ignoring,he kept apologizing to everyone....the waitress would fit in real well with the rude people at mcdonalds down the road...she needs to be fired,if i do decide to go here again,if shes working ill walk back out
