Needed to make a late night bathroom stop and this was the only place I could see open. The bathroom was in great shape very clean it smelled good I was actually impressed with it. When I came out the staff greeted me and made me feel welcome in the store as I walked out. Great location
The food was amazing minus the sausage being a little bit too hard for me.The customer service was okay, but the employees talked a little bit too inappropriately in front of us guests.I am mostly giving it three stars for the sake of the food and the girl who took our order that was very nice.
I've been to qlot of Waffle Houses over the years. I can't say enough positive things about this particular Waffle House morning crew! You, ladies and gentlemen rock!!! I have been to every single one in Jacksonville, and I'm sorry to say most of the others are just awful, except for one which has a good attitude and that was the cook. I'm a true southerner from the Alabama and Mississippi area. This is exactly how they are at home. Thank you all for not only getting the food out in a timely manner, but proving excellent customer service, to each and everyone of your customers. You guys work as a team, have a positive attitude and it shows!!!
For being the only customers in the building the food was served in weird order and still managed to be cold! Not to happy when the outside world is more important than serving the customers. But still managed a good tip from my wife. Which started a debate in our car! 20 dollars for a 50 dollar meal that was inedible and not really worth it plus more theatrics and unnecessary flirtation from an employee and my wife. Not pleasant and really never welcomed! People should have better sense. But hey the world is dumb and the people employed by waffle house literally defines the word.
All star breakfast good as usual except they didn't put cheese in my eggs. I didn't notice until I got home. I ordered to go because it was so busy. The bats and clubs had just closed and it was St. Patrick Day.
Tasty waffles and great service make for a good experience that's worth the reasonable wait time. We'll be back. A consistent favorite of the kids too.
Another place for grub. Nothing special. They have only 11 items bet. Breakfast n not Breakfast... Easy to remember considering who the hire...Still food is good no complaints there. I'll go back again.
Good place to eatWeve eaten here several times in 6 months. Busy place because its near 95 south but have never had anything bad to say about it. They were training a new cook but still great service and food.
Don't know which location this refers to ,the one on JTB or the one by 295. JTB, I entered twice, first time no acknowledgement that I was there or second time when I entered with my daughters and mama. Looks like employees/customers ration was 50/50. But no greeting or anything like we weren't even there. One lady sweeping floor, another one just drinking milkshake or hot chocolate at counter. 4 or 5 people at the grill. Not very good overall. The Waffle House at 295 is where we always go on the last day of my daughters' visit. Halfway to the door was told only taking take out orders only. Didn't really like this but I guess it's understandable. Just didn't like the way the employees approached the subject, they were walking from their parked car when we were told this didn't even get to the entrance. That's ok. IHOP appreciated our business, I hope
Went in for breakfast today,was greeted by staff and chose our sit.Donna and John was our servers.Our orders were taken. In a matter of minutes our order was placed in front of us, drinks topped off for us to enjoy our meal. Go by have an enjoyable meal with these fine people at Waffle House.
