Wish I could remember his name but the guy inside that works Thursday nights worked his a** off. They got pretty busy after a nearby concert but he was doing his thing. Top notch customer service and good food.
Friendly didn't take long to be seated. Food excellent and hot, staff very attentive and pleasant. Very clean. Prices were fair overall good feeling and vibes
We walked in & sat down, waiting at least 10-15 minutes, no service at all. There was only 1 other customer there. It was 10:05 am. One employed was mopping the floor in the back. The 2 up front were busy conversing with the customer sitting at counter & each other! After waiting, we got up & left, still no response! This is first time we have ever had this happen at any Waffle House anywhere! We were shocked!
By far the worst Waffle House .. the cook”Tonnette” T is a bad cook. I had to wait 40 mins until another person comes onto shift just for a side of sausage which she knew .. all while she mopped a floor .. a few guests where turned around as well .. I was told upon arrival it will be a 20 min wait ! No problem cool .. 25 mins pass I asked for a orange juice while I wait I was Told “you knew u had to wait”. while another gentleman was there who was waiting asked how much a coffee was she offered to give him the coffee .. after 30 mins pass I asked “how long now I jus want a Side of sausage” she replies nonchalantly “ Idk whenever the floor is done I have a whole floor too do, I’m not cooking nothing until the floor is done” all in all worst service I will not be returning
Food was great! Cooked well and great customer service from staff! Well done third shift! Keep up the great work! We gotta eat great, even when it's late! ??
Well I mean it was alright. Walked into a almost empty restaurant, with 3 guys at the grill and multiple servers. Sit down and get told we can not eat in the restaurant; even tho they werw obviously open. That they are only accepting call in to go orders. I asked if we could order in the restaurant to go. Was told yes. They food was OK; considering it was practically cold when we got home. ?
Picking up dinner for a coworker. Excellent service. I stopped going to waffle house because a few that I had visited were always not taking orders or closed. I went out of my way to this location but I was impressed.
Sorry service and bad attitudes here,also got served cold grits,yuk. Never got a welcome to waffle house or a thank you for coming when I left. Staff of zombie's. Get rid of them all.... This use to be a happy,welcoming staff..not now. Sad customer.
The food wasn't great, took forever for our order. Wasn't clean. But everyone was very nice.
No.1, I wasn't welcomed when I walked in, No.2 Crew was all robotic, unfriendly, hard to get to table, No.3-GRITS were served cold,(First time I ever had cold grits served to me at a waffle house)and I've been coming for many years.Bacon was tough. Waffle too dark brown. NO. 4-Never got a thank you for coming in. what happened to this location??They used to have a happy, welcoming, kind crew, always training someone, good service, good food. But not anymore. They're all miserable, like Krystal employees!! Don't want to be there. Get a new crew!! ASAP!! I was there at 12:30pm on 2/25/2022-Waffle House #54- I will go no more.
