We stayed at the hotel and got a menu from Vino’s, we ordered wings (wings looked like they had been sitting there for hours and were dry and very small) and a salad, were told on the phone it is $21 and change. When the guy brought the food he told us $31 and change, I told him it was $21 and he stated it was $31, (the receipt you can tell the 2 was changed to a 3), since we were on another call my husband gave the money and added tip and just told the guy to go since I was not able deal with that issue at the time. After getting of my call, I called the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. We tried again and no answer. I told my daughter and she called again the next day and no answer. We called again 2 days later and finally got someone to answer and asked for a manager. We were informed that the manager was not in and would call us back that evening, of course no call back. We called again today and a person answered “hello” since it seemed that I might have dialed the wrong number I asked if this was the pizza place. He stated yes and and what I wanted. I told him I would like to speak with the manager and he stated “why”. I told him we had a complaint and I wanted to talk to the manager. He told me it was him. I tried to explain the issues and he continues to speak over me. He stated that the order was never $21.00 and I should have checked the website for prices, I told him he should update the menus he gives to the hotel and he told me he does not need to the website has the correct price. I told him you can see in the receipt that the number was changed but he continued talking over me. I had to tell him several times that he needed to listed so I could get a word in. He continued being rude so I told him that we told the hotel not to give out his menu and he just hung up. I would never recommend anyone to go there, worst customer service and horrible wings
1st time ordering they forgot to add extra seasoning to already super dry and plain wings 2nd time I ordered I was given lemon pepper wings with absolutely no lemon pepper flavor just these dry and plain wings after requesting that I wanted extra seasoning for the wings but the request was ignored and now for the 3rd time after making it very clear that I wanted extra seasoning on the wings I open my box of wings to find not lemon pepper wings but again down right plain wings with no flavor at all I can understand messing up once but 3 times in a row isn’t a accident it’s bad customer service and ignorant employees….. wings are already expensive enough so now your just wasting my money and refusing to even give the flavor wings I asked for that are on the menu might as well just take the whole thing off if u can’t listen
I visited last week with my coworker on our way to an appointment on this side of town. We had a Groupon that we purchased after seeing the name. When you walk in, it feels more like an old time Italian restaurant. Not modern at all, but very cozy. Decor is outdated and there are rips on some if the seats.The man who took our orders was extremely kind and offered for us to take a seat and he served us there vs. the cash register. We ordered mozzarella sticks, baked ziti and chicken Parm.The food didn't take too long. There wasn't really anyone there but us. Food quality was great and we had the option to put crushed rep pepper for parmesean cheese on our items. Cheese sticks were hot and tasty! The food didn't need any salt or pepper when it came to us. I would definitely be back.
One our order was 1 hour and 45 min to deliver. When delivered the delivery guy ask if we are going to tip? I have never had anyone ask but yes we are he had no pen with him. Then when we opened our food one of the dishes was wrong. The Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken the sauce was horrible the sauce at the grocery store taste better than that. Needless to say highly disappointed for the food we received. I would never eat here again. Save your money and cook it yourself it’ll taste much better.
EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Bought a Pizza from them on their official website and when i went to pick it up they tell me we don’t have it it’s at a different location. I showed him the receipt and verified the address that it was the right location. He kept giving me attitude and yelling at me the entire exchange and even ignored me and served another costumer. I kept telling them i payed and would like my money back if they didn’t have it. He started yelling at me to calm down which i was not even that upset. After going back and forth they found the same pizza on their warmer and threw it at me stating here take this one. After i told him it’s exactly what i ordered maybe it’s mine he yelled no no no it’s not and just kept yelling. i just turned around and left. If you value your sanity do not order from this place. Horrible service and very rude people. The pizza after all this was not even worth it. Over salted and flavorless.
Vinos catered my husbands retirement party. Food delivered was right on time, still hot and fresh! Definitely one of my most favorite restaurants!!! Great service and great staff!! Highly recommend.
If you want to taste good food go elsewhere. I had to add salt and other seasoning to the bland fettuccine alfredo. Spaghetti was about as good as what a school cafeteria would serve. Italian sausauge in cheese looked and tasted old, I threw it away. I Don't recommend this place at all. Vino's used to be my go to place, but maybe it's just this location.
Staff very unfriendly, long wait to have order taken, we were the 4 and 5th people in the place.Their review responses are generic and unhelpful.

I wish there was an option for no stars.. We placed an order for pick up on 10/30/2021. Order # 56181930. He picked it up brought home. was not what we ordered. We ordered a meat lovers. Not what the pic shows. I was so hunger should never wait like I did..But I wanted pizza. I tried what he was given..it was nasty dry no sauce..Not sure what happen but the quality of the food is down hill. This was not the first mess up. WHAT HAPPEN TO THIS PLACE?
