Calzone has gotten worse and worse over the last 8 months or so to the point they’ve all but removed any hint of ricotta cheese. Have had discussions with different “managers” and ever since some corporate chef came in the recipe hasn’t been the same. Been coming there for years and it’s time to move on and stop trying to get them to restore their calzones to the wonderful product it used to be because they just don’t want to. So sad. $95 order worth $20.
My buddies and I meet up for brews weekly and hit up a pizza place in Mandorin this past week. We stopped at Vs Pizza and were pleasantly surprised at the beer tap selection. The service was great and we ordered a Calzone, meatball sub and Pizza. The food was awesome, came out quickly and the service was great as they accommodated our specialty requests! Kudos to you all - we'll be back!
The food is very good, they consistently win best wings in the area. They aren’t traditional fried wings, but baked in their pizza ovens. They are delicious. The Calabrian wings are spicy but difficult to put down.The pizza is solid. Among the better pies in town.For families, the place is great, they have a great playground for the kids and live music on the weekends. The beer selection is well curated for the area.Would be five stars, but some reports of employee sanitation are concerning. Easily resolved with training.Highly recommended.
V pizza makes many specialty type pies and sandwiches which are very good and tasty. There is a bar and plenty of seating for family's along with outdoor seating and play ground for children.
Delicious. Finally a place that knows how to make a good Margarita Pizza. Laid back atmosphere. Awesome draft beer selection. Bruschetta fresh and tasty. Enjoy!
Cryin Hawaiian wings are honestly the best wings I've EVER eaten.The beer selection is ridiculously great.The pizza is top notch.The smoked Gouda Mac & cheese with pancetta is on another level.A bit pricey, but worth every penny.One of my favorite meals I've had in my time in NE Florida.
The cauliflower crust pizza is AWESOME. The prices are high, but the pizza is delicious. They also have an additional gluten free option, but I haven't tried that because the cauliflower crust is fantastic. My husband likes it better than the regular crust (and that's saying something).They also have a little playground out back for your kids to run around and have a good time and I nice ambiance inside. Great restaurant!
V Pizza in Mandarin is always on point. Great pizza, chill atmosphere, well spaced tables and clean environment. The staff is easy to approach, willing to assist, and aware of how to make the in dining experience fun.Everytime we visit Jacksonville this spot is the first as well as last place to dine.The veggie pizza is my number 1.Whether it is for lunch or dinner, I recommend you visit, enjoy, sit outside, and have a great experience.
This is my first visit. I got the margarita pizza. Wow, it was delicious. Then the coffee gelato was amazing. I will definitely be back.The service was outstanding. The people that work here really seem to love it. They are kind and professional. The owner walked around and treated everyone. On a Sunday.We will be coming back soon. This is going to be my top 3 pizza in Jax. The best pizza in Mandarin.
Love, love this place! Delicious stone fired pizza… so many varieties. Delicious Stromboli! Tasty apps and cold delicious beer. Lots of seating inside and wonderful space outside to let kiddos run play are while listening to live music.
