BEST PIZZA IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME❤️very fresh and tasty❤️
Well first to be fair, the taste of the sauce and pepperoni was absolutely AMAZING! The brick oven taste can't be beat. Thats why the two stars.BUT- I made the mistake of ordering the gluten free pizza.I have never in my life thrown pizza crust out of the window as I drove down empty streets. I don't know why they are serving that crust?? It's the worst. I'm pretty sure its not biodegradable. If I saw a pigeon struggling to fly because it was trapped in that gluten-free crust, I wouldn't be shocked. I'm pretty sure it can be used as a substitute for drywall. It was like eating ribs off the bone. The toppings were the ribs and the bone was the pizza crust. It was an absolute mess of a crust. If Gordon Ramsey had tasted it, he would have said- this is inedible. Its a problem when Domino's pizza gluten-free crust tastes like artisan bread compared to this. It was rock hard. Don't eat this if you don't have strong teeth. I would have rather suffered hospitalization from gluten allergies eating the regular crust than to eat this. A very serious thought crossed my mind, that now I can start some wood projects I had in mind. Then, I realized it was a 10"crust.Not enough. Oh well. They would have done better to buy some frozen crust from the market and pretend like they made it fresh. Just thaw, and let the guy spin it a couple of times.But on the plus side- the toppings were good. :)
V pizza never disappoints. Best food ever and friendly staff. I love it
Amazing food, the Hawaiian wings are to die for. Drinks in the sidecar are fantastic I would go for the sidecar, old fashioned, or Moscow mule. Just don't come in a huge hurry, but the quality and taste of the food and drink make up for any negative.
Dang the special wings are good here! They had some carmelized onions on top that had a nice flavor. I also had the carnivore pizza and that was piping hot and tasty. Service is fast. I could tell they must have been at the tail end of the dinner rush cause the place was a little disheveled but it didn't stop us. Either way the food was really good. I like places like this!
In town for spring break and found this place on a google search while looking for restaurants around Aardwolf Brewery. It was absolutely amazing! The Mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever had and the pizza was phenomenal as well. Oh, and the strawberry cheesecake gelato was also amazing. Definitely recommend to everyone!
Stumbled upon this gem after checking into our hotel one block away and HANGRY. Could not have made a better choice. Ten different restaurants in our 7 day stay for health care in Jacksonville. V is #1 of our Ten! The Pizza, the Crust (we prefer well done so the firebrick oven fits the bill). The top-notch ingredients. The Calabrian Peppers. The Wings are OFF THE CHART, best my guy and I have EVER had, period. Also had the Bolognese Pasta, delish and an Italian Roast Beef, Wet, came home with 5 lbs. My family is from NOLA and we know good food. V Pizza Rocks. Do not hesitate to give it a try. Side Note: They donate to Cancer Families, Charitable business. And they have a killer bar attached (SideCar at this location) with some incredible mixologists. You can order your food from there if you prefer and they will bring it to you. Nothing but positive to say about this Business. See you guys in May!
It was very packed. First time we had been to this location. Food took longer than expected, but there were alot of people outside we didn't see. I got the cryin Hawaiin wings and a cease salad. The canolis are by far the best in town. Gave 3 stars due to our food taking almost 1.5 hrs we were told 45 minutes when we got there. Also the bathrooms were disgusting. The location on San Jose is the one well keep going to. This one was not the same experience.
We had three different types of wings, their version of Mac-n-cheese, and a kid's cheese pizza. It was all delicious. It was busy but not crowded but a lot of people showed up for to-go orders.
Brilliant food! Fresh, delicious, flavorful. So much character in this place that enhances the food.
