The food is so incredibly good here! All the servers are great as well. My meal almost always turns into 3 meals for me so it's a great value.
Joanne, is an amazing waitress.today me and my family visited. Due to the air-conditioning broken it was very hot, but through it all she always had a smile on her face and gave us amazing service.she is an amazing asset to this diner..she gets a million stars today!!! Thank you joanne you are the reason we come all the time!!!
Was actually disappointed, ordered the tuna, was excited because I actually found a place that didn't put celery in it. When it arrived the tomato sliced were thick, asked for light tomato, so I didn't eat them, asked for onions, took them off because of the thickness of the cut, and didn't really fit in a pita, the pita was dry, took all the tuna out and put in one half of the sandwich, tuna was spicy, dry and had strange flavor, not sure what was in it but I didn't finish it, the fries were not fresh, salt didn't even stick to them. Yes I would go back but NO I would not order the same thing
My wife used to come here with her father growing up. We decided to give it a try and all i can say is WOW! The waitstaff were amazing and really made you feel like family. The food was very good. The waffles are perfect and have great flavor. I ordered the "Big Man on Campus" with the French toast. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere is like the way diners used to be. Just a wonderful experience! I think we found our Sunday morning breakfast place.
This place was sooo delicious. We were on our way back to Palm Coast and Google diners. This place came up right away. The service, food and atmosphere was on point! I would absolutely go there again...Btw, I had eggs benedict, sausage gravy biscuit and home fries and my bfriend had omlette and hashbrowns...
Is this mind-blowing & innovative? No. But it’s great for what it is; an old-school diner with super interesting people , both working there and attending as customers. Listening to random dialects and stories from nearby tables made me think I was in the middle of a movie scene.The prices are cheap and the food is solid (spicy corn nuggets not pictured but worth mentioning). I’ll be back
Always great food and service never had a bad meal I've had breakfast and lunch always good but the breakfast is best
Ordered food from University diner through grubhub.. Grubhub was great however when I got the food there were no condiments.. So my toast had no jelly my my pancakes had no syrup. When I called to let the restaurant know I was only given an I'm sorry we've forgot to put that in there. no other options no discount no anything.
Awesome country fried steak with fried okra and yes grilled cabbage!! An amazing experience for the first time and definitely not the last!! ?????
Not bad! Fist time was a good experience, will definitely be back to try out some of the other menu items! Definitely liked the friendly staff, and how fast the food came out. Did not go during peak time frame though.
