Yummy! The tea was awesome. I'd ordered mango yogurt tea with mango boba. It was perfect consistency and flavor. Impulse added mango pudding. It was sweet perfection. Could have eaten 10 of them :) definitely going to come here very often.
Wow this place is a hidden gem came for the bubble the flavor was incredible. Had the lychee milk tea and Purple potato bubble milk tea. Ordered honey garlic wings definitely need napkins perfect amount of honey to garlic, there is a nice crunch when you take a bite the garlic hits you first then the slight sweetness of the honey.
Wow! Come check out this place for milk teas, boba teas, fruit teas, mojitos, and more! There is so much variety and you can find a new favorite drink pretty easy. There are a variety of toppings including jelly, boba, crystal pearls, and bubbles. There are a lot of options but I personally really love the fruit teas and milk teas. I tried the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca boba and the peach green tea slush with milk foam and crystal pearls. So good!I also tried the Korean honey garlic chicken, and was pleasently surprised. Very crispy and loved the sauce. Also they have little desserts too, like macaroons, though I never tried them.
They listened and changed the lid cover to seal form. But the cup leaked from the bottom this time, yet they fixed it right the way. I tried the popcorn chicken, it was delicious. They were able to replace my drink in 5 mins and less and cleaned up the leaking mess quickly. I added one star for that. Yes, the drinks aren’t cheap, but cheaper than an international flight to Asia, plus the hotel stay, food and tour fee.Came here during lunch time, very cozy and almost no dine-in customers. There is a self order station. Their menus are available for grab, very abundant with many choices. I picked Jasmin milk green tea with 30% sugar and less ice. The taste of milk tea is spot on and saving you a flight to Hong Kong. Their snack selection is pretty good. I picked takoyaki, but the style is more Hong Kong style rather than Japanese style. I would pass this item next time. I am eager to try the Taiwanese popcorn chicken. I save it for next time. The medium size drink cup cover won’t close on the cup, so it cracked. My drink leaked…a little. I love the decor at this place, bow tie chairs are super cute. I will add stars if the cup cover won’t crack next time. I personally think 30% sugar level is more than enough for my taste. I added tip to my order, even though it is mostly self-serve. I think the workers here are very hard working, so they deserve it.
I took my girls here for our lunch date and our experience was great.Walking in the establishment instantly put a smile on our faces. Amazing surrounding and customer service.Food and drinks exceeded expectations.I will be bringing friends and my family here to eat in the future.
Food and drinks were good, however there were some stains on the chairs. Also one time I ordered the Buffalo hot wings with the sauce on the side, but I never received the sauce.
I’ve been to another Tsaocaa in Jax(Baby pink theme) and this is my first time here in this new branch(Tiffany blue/green theme)! So dreamy?~~ We two had four bottles on our cheating day?, among which I strongly recommend Peach Yogurt?(if u love yogurt), Red Bean Slush (if u r a little hungry) and Colorful Fruit Tea(if u r super healthy) ! I love this place and will def come back again~~???
Such a fun shop! Really enjoyed the stylish atmosphere. The Brown sugar milk tea was super yummy as well as the lychee green tea! Will definitely be back!

Wow! Everything was exceptional. Chicken and fries were perfect. Drinks were all delicious. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Only quibble is that the napkins are too tiny for the sticky chicken. Wish there was one of these where I live.
