I am a regular, I have been going to Tropical Smoothie for years, I usually go to this location in Roosevelt most of the time because it’s much closer but today I stopped by to get some lunch(the usual) and I go to the drive thru , and the young lady states “ hello, may you give me one moment” and had me and my fiancé sitting out there , she didn’t say anything after that and there was a line building up behind us so we just left because the moment turned into minutes because she never said anything after the “moment” she had us just sitting there.. waiting no acknowledgement nothing, UNPROFESSIONAL it’s a NO for me ?✌?Thank you for coming to my TedTalk ?!!!
Excellent customer service and food. My mom and I visited this location twice after working out. Both times, the young women at the drive-thru were extremely kind and patient. My mother had questions about low-sugar options and she answered each without becoming rude or annoyed, as often happens in fast food. Thank you Leonard (last name?), because of you we will definitely visit again.
The location on Roosevelt Blvd is awesome. The location in Fleming Island needs to be shut down. They are always under staffed so they just close the store. If you happen to actually find a time they are open, you have a 50/50 chance of getting what you want ?♀️.
The service amwas slow but friendly. My only complaint is the large amount of ginger in my smoothie was overwhelming
Went through the drive-in during the evening and did not have to endure any weights. My first time having a smoothie I ordered a cranberry banana strawberry pomegranate but was told they were out of the cranberry so I substitute it for blueberry. What I received was feeling and delicious. Good news bad news I did not pay for the smoothie so I can't comment whether or not the size fit the dollar spent.
Good food and smoothies. Drive thru was a long wait but the food came out hot and fresh.
Great service and friendly staff! Greeted as soon as I walked in the door and ready to take my order. Everything in the shop was clean and well taken care of and the line outside the building in the drive through moved well also. Highly recommend this location.
They are always very busy, but they are worth it for sure!So plan for a wait & not be in a hurry if you wanna try them.I have ALWAYS had a great smoothie from this particular TS!
I’ve been to several locations and always order the same thing, however this experience was the best yet. Staff was warm and welcoming as I walked in. The food and smoothie were perfect. Great location with a manager that runs a tight ship. Thanks y’all!
