Terrible Tropical Smoothie!! Do not go here! They deserve zero stars.First of all, the speaker does not even work properly so you have to repeat your order multiple times. They still get your order wrong at the window. I ordered 2 smoothies and a young girl at the window let it sit by the window for over 15 minutes without giving it to me she handed me 3 containers with no bag she asked what my order was 3 times she had no concept of what was going on. She was sitting against the window with her AirPods in and she kept walking past the window and never asked or was concerned about me waiting 45 minutes. She also had a very nasty attitude. I had 2 smoothies and 2 wraps it took 45 minutes and they had at least 6 workers working unbelievable. You should higher adults not children!! They have no work ethic or any idea about a job. Very disappointed never going back to that location!!!

Im not even the “write a review type of person” BUT I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS LOCATION.. not only do they ALWAYS take forever. My order is ALWAYS wrong… they Also close at 9 but you better get there at like 8:15 because around 8:30 they start closing and purposely move slow. Today I think I’m officially done with tropical smoothie cafe !!!!!!..daytime shift is full of teenagers who don’t care about customer service.all they do is play and be on their phones ….here’s my hummus veggie wrap and harvest cheddar chips that I ordered today

I have been going to tropical smoothie for more than 10 years and order the same health nut for me and my family but today I was very disappointed in what I have gotten from this place. Taste, look and ingredients are not correct and the worst part is my son is allergic to certain kind of nut. As you can see from the photos, not really sure of what they put into it but it tastes like peanuts and lots of soy milk. What I’ve order is health nut with whey protein. I went back inside to question it but they don’t seem to know the difference or just ignoring the fact that they are caught making smoothies with incorrect ingredients. Please be careful of what you order as it may contains ingredients your kids maybe allergic to. Pictures on the right(light color) was thrown in the trash for my son safety.

Ordered online through the app. Customer service inside the cafe was wonderful. Attentive cashier - even though I ordered online - was asked about my order to make sure it came out promptly. The quesadilla I ordered was delicious! My only complaint was somehow NOT getting credit for the free smoothie on my account but I was too hungry to care… lol.

Had the Kiwi, strawberry and banana smoothie. Also with a Flatbread chicken, bacon and ranch. The service was outstanding the lobby and restrooms was nice and clean.

I've been to this tropical smoothie many times because my husband has worked at the airport for 7 years. Not once has it been a good experience. Usually I wait in drive through for at least 30 minutes. This time tho the line was short but only because they were so short staffed they were not serving any food only smoothies. This is not fair for the staff and I feel management needs to do a better job. Food and smoothies are good tho, just a pain to get ?

Worst experience this evening. Young lady running drive thru lacks customer service skills. She didn't even greet me and handed me wrong order. I waited a few minutes and she came back. She took the drink back and online order. I said yes then she brought me correct order. No apology, nothing. So I guess that's the new service, no greeting, no apologies, no thank you.

The line is wrapped around the building; 6 cars deep. I’ve already been here 5 minutes and haven’t moved . I’m going to leave after two more minutes, because at this rate I’ll be here 20 minutes. This is the third time I’ve come and it’s this long . I’ll just go to McDonald’s for a worse smoothie just to have it quicker.

I'm going to do an instant evaluation based on immediate vibe or feeling.Bad Karma.Perhaps the word average might be better here.This is a small bistro environment, which, from what I could see has very little adult supervision.And as you might imagine, this is what happens.The smoothie itself isn't that bad it's a product that can also be made in any home blender.The stryofoam serving cup does as intended but the cheap plastic straw simply doesn't move anything.You'd think they'd have thought of that....Deduct some stars.Save yourself something. Buy a good blender. ???

Went here Saturday 2/26/22 and the wait for my mobile order was ridiculous, the time was NOT accurate for pick up - took well over 20 minutes then the ETA time and was told my order was on a shelf, (FYI) it wasn't so the Cashier ended up making it herself. I guess that is my fault for visiting when Kayla wasn't there. Kayla is Our Favorite Shift Leader, Definitely feel like she should be compensated more for her work ethic considering the amount of money this business brings in! You need more employees like Kayla, or Kayla should do better and find somewhere to go where she is compensated for her excellent customer skills!
