I don't like to go to any store or restaurant and feel like they're not interested or doing everything but acknowledge my standing there. Today was the case, the lady was more interested in conversing with her coworkers then taking my order. When I needed help she just wasn't interested. One of the ladies had to tell her to take my order, and she was right near the register chit chatting..Unfortunately that was my 2nd bad experience with staff from 2 different locations. I'm fine with not coming back to this establishment
I visited the Deerwood Park location yesterday, and that visit only validated my thoughts about this location. The staff at the Deerwood Park location should come train the staff here in customer service as well as smoothie preparation. I haven't had an Avocolada that tasty since I left Tallahassee.I always place pickup orders, but I am never greeted when I walk through the door. As soon as I walked in the door of the Deerwood Park Tropical Smoothie, I was greeted by two different employees.After I pick up my order and walk out, I am never told goodbye. Actually, my presence is never acknowledged in this location. I only order here because this location is the closest to my house. But it was awful, primarily due to the lack of customer service. As I left the Deerwood Park location, I was told to have a good day. I was so surprised during this visit because I have become accustomed to the poor treatment at the Oakleaf location. Please do better.
Every time (get to over ten visits) my smoothie order, salad, or wrap is quickly prepared and tasty! You can always count on a quality product from this place.
Love this place always friendly staff and its clean they make the best smoothies my favorite sandwich is the Bacon chicken ranch .I went today with my son and my order was wrong and the young man apologize and made a fresh new one amazing I was extremely thankful made my day and I had to let him know before I left Thank tou for the amazing service
This place is the best place for smoothies an food I love it all in the employees are very sweet an nice an as for the management they are too and the store is always clean
I went here to study a few times and every time I did it was either too hot or too cold just like the outside. I also continously smelled burning food and chemicals. It gets pretty noisy and crowded as well. I had something to eat here at one point and it was okay.
I Honestly don’t review that often but I had to on this occasion. Everyone that worked there looked miserable . I Ordered 2 drinks. Both sucked but one was intolerable so I swapped it out . Got the replacement drink and it’s disgusting. Very watered down . And acidic . Spent almost 20$ for nothing . Don't be like me just drive the extra miles and go to smoothie king .
This location doesn’t make Thai chicken wrap right - sauce is either very light or missing!
Staff was efficient and very friendly. Food was delicios.
The worst sandwich ever. Not only was it dry with no taste, it had nothing in it for 7.00 dollars. A strong pass for me
