First time, last time customer. Took 20 minutes to get 2 smoothies. Order was placed at 12:02, got them at 12:22. There were 3 customers in the store. Detox Island Green was good for what it is. Starfruit was not so good, tasted bitter and bland.
This location has THE BEST STAFF IN JACKSONVILLE!!!! They are always so friendly and helpful. They always give me great suggestions on smoothies to try. THIS STAFF SETS THE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE BAR for every location. Ms. Byrd
It's a busy place most of the time. The service is usually good and employees are friendly. The smoothies are balanced in flavor and I like that.
This is normally my regular location, seeing as it's up the street from my job. However, today there was a seminar and I ran into one of the representatives on my way to take a break.This lady highlighted my day by asking me if I would like a smoothie & allowing me to select my flavor. Generosity & one random act of kindness made my day so much more better, and for that I say thank you! GREAT customer service exemplifying!

Food and smoothie tasted amazing and the service was so fast. The team was nothing short of AMAZING. EVERY employee welcomed me in and everyone seemed to be enjoying their day which is not my expectation at all. Simply above and beyond crew working at this location.

I ordered a bcaon, avocado, and cheese flatbread with a banana on the side and got a turkey and cheese wrap instead. It was too late by the time I noticed since I took the food home with me.
