When I arrived at the Crown Point/San Jose location to pick up my online order, there was no listed or visible sign for online order pick-ups. The front register person directed me by only pointing in the direction of the other employees making orders. Thrown off by the unprofessionalism, when the order was bagged and handed to me, all 3 combos were missing a side. Also, 2 of the 3 smoothies had a good amount of smoothie missing from them.Prior to this, I've been to this TS location many times and picked up online orders in the past with no issues. I thought that the logic of bag checking for missing or incorrect items only applied to fast food orders but it seems that items missing from orders have no restrictions no matter where you go.
The staff is extremely rude. Told me the wait time was 30 minutes, decided to go in my car and wait for 10-15 minutes because it was very crowded. After 10-15 minutes of waiting in my car I decided to go back in and check on the drinks. Once I walked in all of the staff started going off on me about how my drinks were “waiting for me” and were being called 10 minutes ago. Which is wrong because one of my drinks wasn’t even ready. They only gave me two out of the three and then told me they gave it away because I took too long and nobody was responding. Things would have been fine if they didn’t just start raising their voice at me like it’s an ISSUE when I’m the one WAITING for my drink that I PAID FOR to be served. I didn’t come here to be talked to rudely, I wanted to be patient and wait for my drink and give other people space because it was a crowded area. Apparently nobody here has the patience for that. Hire people who can be effective and understanding when communicating and not make smart remarks.
3 out of 3 meals entirely wrong. Kept calling again and again to get anyone to answer the phone. Manager on duty has no idea she says how to issue a refund. As a vegetarian, I do not appreciate being served meat when ordering a cheese quesadilla. No resolution on entire order and now no dinner for any of us. Terrible delivery and no resolution.
Quality and experience has gone downhill tremendously, good workers must be impossible to find right now.I’d prefer to order food when I enter your business, not be noticed and ignored by a kid staring at his phone on the food production floor.
Not the best location!They were out of blueberries, could only make half the smoothies and they pressed the wrong button for my sandwich so I got the wrong one. Also couldn't pronounce my name.
Sunday, Jan 16, 2022 @5:45 PM: The employee who took my order was not very good at her job. She just ignored me while I was waiting at the cash register, While I waited over 10 minutes to be recognized, she turn her back to me an began working on making a sandwich. She could have, at least acknowledged me by saying she would be with me as soon as possible. She Left one sandwich off my order and didn't inform me that there was no bacon that would be on the sandwich I ordered. She also needs to be kept up to date on what sides are out of stock. She was not familiar with the choices of protein that I could choose for the smoothie. Over all service was very bad.
I’ve came here for so long but idk what happened the past couple years the smoothies quality has slipped I paid extra for peanut butter and still never tasted the peanut butter so sad I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one
Just picked up a Paradise point from here. Could not get anything to come through the straw. Either this location needs a new blender or needs to train their staff to blend longer. What I was given was not a smoothie, it was chunks of fruit on top of chunks of ice with a bit of fruit juice
This is the slowest and unorganized Tropical Smoothie Cafe I've ever seen. I'm not sure what's worse, the loud female employee standing around doing NOTHING or the guy that wears dark shades at night! They are ALWAYS slow!!!
I have started coming here more often, it's on my way home from the gym. Convenient, fast, and quick meal. Download the app, scan receipts earn free smoothies, and do the surveys for discounted smoothies. Never had any problems or long waits. The staff has always been friendly.
