The drive through wait time is RIDICULOUS here. We waited over TWENTY minutes for ONE smoothie, with NO other cars in front of us. I could see the young girl inside on her phone and gossiping with another employee.
Love their tails coleslaw a little slow sometimes depending on which one you go to but it's one of my favorite places to get a smoothie from
The service at this location is terrible. I arrive at 7:00 order taken 7:09 first car in line didn’t receive my order till 7:20 only ordered a smoothie. I will never visit this location again. I have had this issue prior. The work the drive as we have no where to go. They are never open and ready for business on time. Most of the morning I bet the workers there. I notice they work online orders and they can care less about the customer in the drive through. The manager working this morning did care that I just waiting had no urgency about getting my order and bet me with attitude.
This is hands down the worst Tropical Smoothie that I have ever been to in my entire life. I waited longer than 30 minutes for my food before I decided to go to the counter for a refund. I was then told that the manager would come out to refund my money. I waited five more minutes before telling them they can use my money as a donation to Tropical Smoothie. I had to go back to work and couldn’t wait any longer. I will never go back.
Be prepared to wait at least 30 min. Not sure why they stopped having employees take the order outside since the line wraps all the way to Jimmy Johns. When you arrive to the window there seem to be zero sense of urgency! Is it hard to apologize for the wait time and thank the customer???
Everything is good except the manager. She certainly doesn't help with efficiency in a fast-paced environment. (3/19 12:30-1:00pm) She lied about my order being communicated to her. It was corrected.
Marc was awesome! I was only in for a few minutes, but his customer service was outstanding! Please tell him how great he’s doing!
Long wait but so worth it, fhe smoothie was delicious
I am at Tropical Smoothie now, after sitting in the long line, I skipped the order window (under the weather), so once I realized my mistake, I started tapping my horn trying to get her attention. She ignored me. After waiting for 10 min she finally come to the window, I asked her did she hear my horn she said yes, but we are busy. She took my order, then said can I pull up be the stop sign to pick up my smoothie. This is where I am picking up my smoothie. The lady does not care, no compassion nothing. Not coming back
Their drive-thru line always takes ages but they make fine smoothies.
