This location has gone way down. I had a friend pick up a smoothie and wrap for me as I'm stuck in hospital for surgery. First food I had in 15 hours and was very disappointed!! The chia banana boost with peanut butter did NOT taste like it had any peanut butter, and I've had the strawberry version before, also tasted awful. The wrap really upset me as all of the lettuce was completely soggy and wasn't even in the wrap all of the way. It wasn't cut all of the way either and I'm in a hospital so there are no knives hanging around to use. I wasted her time and my money as I threw both out and said I'll just wait for breakfast. I used to ONLY go to Hendricks location. Now I'll only go to JTB and Philips where there are no issues ever. Beyond disappointed!!!!
My salad was so good. I got the beach salad, Jalapeno corn, and a lean smoothie And added pineapple to my smoothie.. It was so yummy.. It was ready when we got there to pick it up they're to pick it up. Order ahead online And left about 15 minutes till noon and we told him we wanted it done at noon and guess what it was a ride on time. The side dish jalapeno corn well your corn was a little mushy and it was like half a container. It still tastes good but it didn't look good.
Pretty disappointed. My boyfriend went to pick up some lunch while he had a break from work. He gets his smoothie and puts it on a table inside and one falls on the floor because the table is unstable and wobbly. Instead of just grabbing a worker or leaving with the mess on the floor, he proceeds to clean it the best he can because he sees the store is a bit busy at the time. He goes back to the counter and asks for a replacement smoothie. Not only is he charged for it but he’s charged more than he was originally because he just got the smoothie no food. He doesn’t make a fuss he’s very patient however it then takes the employees an unreasonable amount of time to make and give him his smoothie. Takes them like 10 minutes just to even start on it. They finally make it and they don’t even give it to him. He is there waiting another 5 minutes because they have other orders to make. Understandable, however, he was there waiting for ONE smoothie for 15 minutes and it WASNT EVEN THE RIGHT SMOOTHIE.
Stood at the register for 5mins there were at least 10 people in the front, walking around looking lost and nobody greeted me or asked to take my order. After I asked, is someone going to take my order a manager with thin hair turned around and said I am and went back to doing whatever she was doing. After waiting 5 more minutes I decided to leave! I come to this location all the time and I'VE NEVER RECEIVED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE! Poor customer service for this Hendrix location!
Terrible. I ordered a smoothie and a wrap 20 minutes before I came to pickup. Was notified it was ready. Walked in, ended up not being ready and waited 15 minutes for one smoothie...terribly slow. Ridiculous and very crowded. Need a better setup for pickup orders
We had an amazing experience here. Although they were slammed with online orders, I came in with my son who JUST had braces put on & Shay hooked him up with a smoothie. Her kindness, compassion, and positivity made our day and we will be regulars at this location because of her. Much gratitude & Shay deserves a promotion! She was sweet to everyone in the store plus worked nonstop to fulfill the magnitude of incoming orders. ????
Drove all the way to this Specific location from across town because of ratings waited but wasn’t greeted stood there awkwardly for a few minutes waited for assistance one lady was eating behind the counter and taking to another employee saw me and still didn’t say anything I didn’t complain everyone saw me still no greeting that’s fine… eventually got the smoothies and they were bland no sweetness no flavor watery and about as thick as water with chunks was so upset my husband just got out the hospital and wanted these smoothies currently driving across town to a different location I’m to intimidated to ask for a refund because the environment wasn’t welcoming at all just thought I would let someone know
I really like their smoothies. Very fresh and super yummy. The southwest wrap was very good as well. Definitely would order again. Not going with 5 stars because there is room for improvement re: service but not so much that I wouldn't come back.
Ordered a lean machine and ceasar salad on app to be delivered at work got a completely melted smoothie and the wrong food. When I called the store I was told by the manager after he took my name and number he would call me back and I explained that it would be ok with gift cards since I shop at tropical smoothie almost daily. I never received any giftcards or a call back. So I will never shop at this tropical smoothie ever again.
I was recently at nearby Bank Of America, i ran into the manager of this location.(I believe his name is Rich ). I asked him exactly where his store was. He quickly responded with directions. I wasn’t aware that there was a Tropical smoothie located so close to my work. I left the bank and came immediately here! The service was fast and friendly, and there was the manager (Rich)greeting me with a smiling face and a warm welcome. The service was super fast and friendly. I came back the very next day my service was even faster than the day before. Same warm welcome and smiling faces. I look forward to outstanding service and so far i get it from here each time i visit-Angelica
