Unfortunately when my group of friends and I came here we were disappointed with the boba tea through and through. We all ordered different drinks and each either tasted like water with boba or thick condensed milk with boba. The boba pearls themselves were a good consistency but didn't really have any flavor or sweetness. As far as the customer service goes, the people working the front seemed to be stressed and were not particularly friendly. I feel as though with a few changes, this shop has the potential to have really really great boba and I look forward to seeing those changes be implemented.
Literally in love with boba more than ever. Different drinks to try from than use to but willing to try new things. I literally love it there so much I hangout or study with my friends every day after school or just myself. The workers are so nice and helpful. Literally crave the avocado cloud. The jade is so good I wish the brûlée was a topping it’s so good. Even though you have to wear mask which isn’t a problem for me because people are germy and it’s a small business they can’t take risk when people don’t west there mask.I love the ice cream topping so good.
The English spoken by the reception is a little hard to understand but their drinks are great! Slow down and speak, drink milk tea… haha
We’ve got Taro Milk Tea and Strawberry cloud drink, both 25% sugar and it was just perfect! They have such a variety of drinks to choose from, I will be coming back to try out more!

The brown sugar milk tea barely had any brown sugar at all it was basically just milk so was a bit disappointed. Other than that the place was clean and employees were kind and helpful. Would recommend, just if you are getting the brown sugar make sure they make it with brown sugar!

My girlfriend drive around an hour every weekend to go here. The tapioca balls are warm and fresh and the tea is out of this world. Best boba tea I’ve ever had!
They used to have the best kuromame tea in town. After the change of branding they no longer carry it. Other teas fine but not as tasty before.
New to the area and have tried several boba places after my daughter's were both bobaristas in another state. This is the best boba and tea we have had since we have been here.
The milk tea here was amazing! I’ve never experienced a boba combination like the thai tea cloud I ordered, it was as if there was cheese foam mixed in with the thai tea. It absolutely hit the spot and the boba was a perfect texture.My friends got the cookies and cream and it was delicious! Literally think of it like a more concentrated cookies and cream milkshake from chick fil a (as white as that sounds). It was amazing and I would order either again!Definitely check this place out for boba in jacksonville!
