It was our first time coming here and we were very excited after looking at the menu. Walking in it was quiet dead and not very much a clean environment. When ordering the staff was very unenthusiastic and seemed like they didn’t want to be here. They were out of a lot of ingredients after I already ordered the bowl. There was only a sign on the door claiming to out of avocado but never mentioned all the other things. For the pita sandwich, the hot bread sticks to the foil it’s wrapped in and causes pieces of aluminum to be in the food. I won’t be eating here again, it was overpriced for the quality and experience
We enjoyed an absolutely delicious dinner from Tossgreen. Fresh wraps (Greek Goddess) - baked falafel, what more can you ask for; the pita bread and hummus were too good. The hummus was one of the best I've ever had. You will not want store-bought hummus after tasting this. The salad was crunchy and fresh and the dressings - superb! I relished the slightly spicy one. The fact that they make the salad dressings in-house reflects in the awesome taste. The nachos were also the best I've ever had. I liked the fact that they were nicely seasoned. Very yummy! :)The key lime pie is terrific. It was all packed very well too. Hard to wait till everyone turned up!Tossgreen is a great option for me as I'm a vegetarian. I definitely recommend Tossgreen.
Used to be good. Downhill. They don't toss the dressing anymore, they are basically just bowls. They are out of things often, and don't post the sign of them so when you get to the front of the line you waited for nothing. Workers don't seem to want to be there or are underpaid. They can't ever hear you because they are all talking so loud. One of the dressings is so thick now it doesn't even come out of the container. This used to be our fav place.
Very tasty salads, but my experience with preordering through DoorDash has always been a hassle. My food is never ready when I arrive, and I always make sure to arrive at the preset scheduled time or around 5-10 minutes after (which I only started doing in case they needed more time to make my food -- it still didn't help). I've had to wait for my food at least 5 times and the restaurant wasn't even busy for at least 3 of those times.
Good customer service by the young guy there Monday at 2pm. Great meal as well. Little pricey though, makes it difficult to frequent. Nonetheless, solid, would go on occasion.
Honestly used to be a place for amazing food, but it’s always a hit or miss on the experience and the prices have soared to unreasonable levels. The store always seems to have a high staff turnover rate as well, which doesn’t speak well for ownership.I used to love eating here on a regular basis, but due to cost increases, changes in quality, and overall not knowing what kind of experience you’re walking into, I would not highly recommend Tossgreen anymore.
Horrible customer service and overpriced. Lady at the counter wouldn’t listen to my order and asked me the same two questions at least 3 times each -flour or spinach tortilla for the wrap & what bowl did you want again? Then, after informing her of like the chicken PESTO bowl, she makes the whole thing and says “yeah we’re out of pesto”… it’s 11:30am and you opened at 10am. HOW are you out of pesto already? And don’t you think you should’ve said that when I ordered it. We all know you order something with pesto in the name bc of the pesto sauce!! She then tells me I’m getting the avocado sauce without offering any of the other sauces to me. Then at the end of all this, I get zero communication at the register and I end up owing $22+ for a simple Cesar salad wrap (chicken, croutons, cheese, lettuce) for $9.99 and the chicken (no) pesto bowl for $10.29. The food was average and bland. Not enough sauce given in either item.Bolay and Vale are way better options. You’re better off going to tropical smoothie even. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only getting 2 stars because the portions were sizable and food appears fairly fresh.
Ordered from DoorDash, dasher didn’t check the order left off one of the salads… tried to call the store before canceling on doordash, phone went straight to voicemail… call both other locations multiple times to get a good number to call. The lady in riverside said that “it’s the busy time and the phone may be off the hook”No tag on the bag, no receipt, nothing….
The staff was really nice and helpful, especially this one guy with a grill. He was very cheery! The warm quinoa bowl I got was really good too!
We get to visit TossGreen at the Town Center every Thursday for our office staffs lunch. Kristy always greets me with a smile even though she knows I am coming in with 6-8 orders. Kristy is very efficient and accurate with our very custom orders. The food is always awesome. Just an FYI for the management thou the gentleman with the silver teeth needs to not discuss his silver teeth with clients as he is making their food. Believe me we cant miss them. Overall amazing experience and cant wait for next Thursday.
