Ordered by phone for there tuesday deal, when I arrived I went behind 2 individuals talking to cashier, never asked was i ready to order or nothing. So I see a SIGN to the right that says order here, so walked over there. Needless to say never was greeted, didnt ask if I was ready to order she was too busy talking to the other people waiting on there order. It was 6/14/22 at 330. So I left, I dont need to spend my money with this type of service. Will never order from this location. Roosevelt location, much more professional and attentive.
Management truly goes a long way.I waited way too long for my food due to technology issues and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.Even though it's just food, it's nice when we can turn a negative into a positive. I'll visit this location specifically because of it.Thanks y'all
We stopped in for lunch and as we were waiting for a friend we got a nice surprise. Alexis, the general manager came over with two snack trays of food for the little ones. She also brought over some crayons and coloring sheets. She didn't have to do any of this, but she did. When employees or managers do things like this, it really makes me feel welcome and appreciate all the work they and their staff do. I will be returning for the yummy food. I will also definitely let her manager and corporate know about the great service.
Me and my wife went to Tijuana Flats Wednesday night and the food and service was amazing. Fast forward to Friday we decided we would go back. It was not busy however a few people were already eating. We watched 3 people come in and order after us and got their food. All we ordered was a veggie burrito and shrimp quesadilla. After 26 minutes of waiting we asked the same cashier for a refund and she went to check the food and said it’s been in the window so you still want it? In which we were firm all we wanted was our 30 bucks back for time wasted. She proceeded to get some lady to issue the refund who was eating another restaurants food In the middle of the restaurant where customers eat who had been on break the entire time we waited. The manager I’m guess asked us the same thing after she noticed we waited for over 25 mins. They were unapologetic and we will never eat not only at this location but in the future no Tijuana flats period. They racially discriminate.
Very fast and attentive crew. Mellow kind people. Funny environment.
The few chips me and my fiance got with our chumichungas were stale, the food was just really disappointing for 13$ a chimichunga, we use to enjoy this place, but food quality has dropped. I could've gotten better at lanopalera and paid 10$ for a California burrito.

Wouldn’t take my to-go order at 8:30pm even though they close at 9:00pm. She said her manager wouldn’t let her and she locked the door behind me, 30 minutes prior to closing time. I went to Al’s Pizza next door and they were happy to take my $40 to-go order.

First time. Meh. Long hair was in my food. Employee took care of it expeditiously. Not that I didn't lose my appetite after that. They didn't do anything to compensate for the horrible inconvenience though.
