I did the large rib dinner and it was all burned bones. No meat on the ribs. They wouldn’t even issue a refund.

Friendly staff, budget friendly prices and good bbq. Ribs were decent, pulled pork was good but the sweet sauce real leveled it up! Baked potato with pork was delish!

Picked up a whole chicken dinner to take home, and it was off the chain! What I didn't realize is that the prices on their website is not up to date and so my meal was about $5 more than what I was expecting. Not a big deal since it was worth it.Fast forward about a month. We decided to eat at this establishment. This is a seat yourself place. They bring out sauces, etc once they take your order. The wife ordered the turkey sandwich and said it tasted like deli turkey, not smoked. I got the three meat (no chicken). Let's just say the chicken dinner set the bar, and the lunch didn't even come close. Sort of on the fence about eating here again. I did manage to snap photos of the menu and price is about what you would pay at other chain restaurants.

There was not ENOUGH STAFF, ORDER WAS WRONG... FOOD WAS COLD... waitress was overwhelmed. Taking food to wrong tables... Going back and forth with orders holding food all over their clothing. It was just a mess. I was told that this was a "good day" I only waited 50 minutes for the wrong food. WOW

This barbecue used to be good I've been coming here for over 25 years I finally came back after being away for a year cuz we were living in a different setting so I stopped in and here's what happened the meat was old and terrible they changed the sauce that's not the same if Mr Murdoch was alive you would shoot them there the way that store is kept up in the way the food is coming out and another thing is my wife and son got very sick that night from that food so we definitely don't recommend it there is better barbecue place around and the reason we don't recommend it because of the food I think it's old food I don't even think it's at Food temperature and also considering the Board of Health to check and inspect this place please don't eat there

I've been going to The Pig for 40 years. They have been opened way before that. I love the remodeling. It's brighter than I remember. The food is always top notch. We were doing a take-out. We didn't wait very long for our food, which, as usual, was superb.

The only redeeming quality is the server. She was very nice. The barbecue tasted like old pork from a pressure cooker. I've had better food from a can..

Sauce was awful, and BBQ itself was mediocre, in which my 3yr old niece can do better on an easy bake oven

I usually don't make negative reviews if I can help it, but my experience here has degraded by miles since my last visit about 6 months ago.The server was rude to start, made a few snippy comments about my guest's drink selection too. This visit the only food that felt edible was the fried corn appetizer. Every piece of meat across our three entrees was dry and much of it was burned crunchy and impossible to consume due to being so overcooked. The bread served with our food was so thoroughly soggy it had clearly been left sitting either somewhere damp, or in the kitchen long enough to soak up any juices from the plate. The only reason we finished consuming what we could of this "meal" instead of sending it back is because my guest didn't want to cause a scene. Will never again eat here and will recommend against eating here in the future.

Went in, sat down. Waitress waiting on table beside me. She took their order, went up front. She came back to counter in front of me and started wrapping silverware. She made eye contact with me three times, nev er came to my table. After fifteen minutes I got up and left, walking past her she never said a word to me or act as if she even seen meI have been to this location several times, same waitress acts like as if she just don't see you.I will not return, to many other places to dine.
