Bianca was a great server and the 1/2 shrimp and sausage lunch special was great. Come try it out.
I love their seafood especially with the house seasoning(all seasonings in one) I just don’t care for the fried food. They don’t fry it long enough for me it be too greasy but other than that everything is really good ! First impression is the best impression and they made a good one with me. The waiters are on point and friendly and catches on quick. Sometimes they can be slow but it don’t be their fault if they’re waiting on the cooks. So yea good job juicy crab workers and team. My mouth watering just thinking about those juicy wings and shrimp lol !

I give this location 5 stars * 2 Aisha was my friends and I server. She went above and beyond to make our first time experience so enjoyable! My friends and I were in town for the first time for a church conference. It was such a blessing starting off our trip at this restaurant. Good vibes and the food was delicious. I came back to the restaurant before leaving town by myself. The food and service was good for the second time! I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Jacksonville FL. I must put my vote in for Aisha to get a raise!!!
My first stop while visiting and everything was amazing. The food was seasoned and delicious. They were attentive which was the best part. If you’re ever in Florida… it’s a must you stop in.
The manager Dennis was amazing, the food was great and the service was excellent. I would definitely come back again.

I recommend juicy 100% ive been going to juicy since they opened on Atlantic. Ive been ordering on doordash recently. They got my order wrong with the spices it was extra hot instead of not spicy. I will say i was extremely happy they helped me get my order right i really appreciate yall!! My number 1 place! They will make sure they have happy customers!
Unfortunately I could not give a five star review to this establishment, Although it bears the same name “Juicy Crab”, we found out this is not the same as the other restaurants here in Jacksonville & Orlando.Apparently this is privately owned and for that reason their menu is different and also more expensive. If I were to compare the quality and taste I can honestly say it is of inferior quality and yet more expensive.Also, when it comes to customer service, it was really disappointing. Our waitress was more interested in talking with other coworkers and chitchatting at the bar area instead of making sure that the few tables that she had, were well taken care of.In our case we tried to flagger down in several ocasións without no success, our tables did not have napkins and we had to get up and bring a box from another table that was empty and our waitress came over when we were almost done to ask if we needed a refill.I doubt that I will come back again to this place.
Waverley was our server on our first visit to The Juicy Crab. She is an excellent server who is friendly and helpful. The food was awesome! Cooked perfectly. Flavorful. Great portion for the price. We were very pleased with our first visit. I recommend this restaurant highly!
