Great food with good prices to match.When I first came here, I thought what can you do to a grilled cheese to make it better? HGC has impressed me with the different types of sandwiches they have. Definitely will keep getting lunch there

You can't really ever go wrong with a grilled cheese, but these are anything but ordinary. Even the simpler ones are creative without sacrificing depth of flavor and quality ingredients. Order anything here and immediately feel warm and cozy. The only problem is that now my teenager has discovered them and wants to go every day!

Enjoy an icy cold beer while you wait for your order. Outdoor seating is also available. Everyone is very friendly and customer service outstanding.
Really just like the award winning food truck, just more options and you don’t have to chase down different locations. The food was really good and they have a ton of vegetarian options, which I like.Parking is in a private lot and service is outstanding.I would describe the food, but I honestly forgot the names. I will try to correct that when I go back. My favorite was the three cheese and avocado, it was tasty and the texture was creamy. My some went for the OMG and he was thrilled. The food truck was his favorite (mine is Butt Hut Smokehouse) so he was thrilled when they opened up a brick and mortar location. I am sure we will be heading back again soon.
Really good grilled cheese and delicious homemade tomato soup to dip it in. There are a ton of options on the menu as well as a good selection of beer, sangria, and more while you're there.Prices are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend stopping to try out!
You know what you're going to get when you have Grilled Cheese sandwich, so you have to nail the textures right. They do a great job with that here. The toast is always at a good level of crunch. And so far with every sandwich I've had you can taste everything they put in it; nothing gets lost.Location is small, but it looks good and clean. Above all, the service is good. I don't think I've ever had a moment where I didn't feel welcome.And their parmesan fries are awesome. They do a great job with their fries. They're not soggy, again at the right level of crunch.
If this review were based solely on the quality of the food- it would easily be 5+ stars. HOWEVER, the staff was very unfriendly. We showed up at 7:30, after their automated answering machine for the store told us they closed at 9. Apparently they updated their hours and actually closed at 8, however they failed to update the machine. There were at least 5 other families there as well. The hostess that took our order was rude, passive aggressive and acted like she’d rather be elsewhere. The server aggressively slammed down napkin holders onto all of the tables and ignored any additional requests for condiments, etc. It was clear everyone just wanted us to leave, no one felt welcome or comfortable. I’d image the OWNER of this establishment would be highly disappointed to find out that their staff is so eager to leave that they forget to be attentive & welcome to paying customers & families. It was the type of energy and tension that makes you question if you even want to sit through that and eat there. HOWEVER, the chef didn’t seem to mind our “untimely” arrival and still put his all into our delicious food. Perhaps they should consider closing at 9 again, I mean… they are a “beer garden” and all. All in all, if the atmosphere of where you dine is important to you you may want to consider elsewhere. If you don’t care, or are just interested in the fire nomz- this is your place!
