Quiet area with not much foot traffic. We ordered and got our food extremely fast, like less than 5 minutes. We were the only customers, which is surprising for a Saturday night. The workers were very friendly and brought the food to our table. I got the beef bowl and I felt you got a decent amount of food. I poured some magic sauce on it, similar to soy sauce, and it was good.

I hate leaving reviews like this, I really do. But I have to this time since they were rude about my order.First, they should really put the older lady who works the cash register through some customer service training. I’m assuming that’s Ellen. I ordered two bowls - chicken and beef. I get all the way home and I get two chickens. I called up there and they said they couldn’t do anything unless a manager was there. This is a big inconvenience because if the manager is not there, you’re screwed.Their chicken is 80% FAT. It is inedible. You can see by the picture. Both bowls looked like this.I went up there to exchange both for beef because of that. And Ellen gave me some big attitude like she wasn’t going to exchange the one for beef. If you want to avoid getting sick, get something else or go somewhere else.

The girl who worked the front is very nice , BUT, the fact that they don’t have Apple Pay caused me not to get my order fulfilled. Who doesn’t have Apple Pay??? Like come on.
The Flame Broiler on Phillips Highway in Jacksonville is a great place to go for all things delicious and fresh bowls that are well prepared. I really like having this option available when you are hungry and need something good and healthy. The staff here is very welcoming and makes sure that you have everything that you need.

The new spicy half and half bowl was awesome. Highly recommended. Magic sauce makes it even better! Employee working was very friendly too.
Not the best quality. Chicken and beef were over cooked. Better Asian food options around the the same price range.
My husband and I visited this location (& restaurant chain in general) for the first time tonight and CJ helped us!The food was yummy but honestly we plan on coming back because CJ’s customer service was impeccable!When we walked in he asked us what we would like and we told him we weren’t sure just yet because we’d never been l - he proceeded to walk us through the food assembly and made great suggestions. Not only that but he didn’t make us feel ridiculous for not knowing the menu.When he was bagging our food he told us about the Magic sauce and even gave us the PERFECT sauce to plate size ratio for mixing it in!We were so happy with CJ’s genuine kindness and overall pleasant demeanor - We’ll be back!To the owners/GM/whoever runs this place-CJ is the driving force behind our 5 star review! He was AWESOME!
