It is very rare to see good service at the priority pass lounge in the USA and this lounge also accessible for domestic travel which is awesone. The receptionist and the workers who worked here are very nice and provide great service. Very recommend to visit. The food was ordered via QR code.
First time visit. Impressive. Order food & beverage from your table & it gets delivered by a server. Self-service on sodas, water & coffee.I had soup, chicken & rice bowl & key lime mousse. Very good. Son (21) had cheese & crackers, soup & brownie.
Adequate for what it is. The staff were all amazingly pleasant and courteous. Selection was limited but at the end of the day it's a lounge and not a buffet. Ordering via the app was painless and items arrived quickly but I only did 1 order. Furnishings are showing age, worn upholstery, loose tables, non working USB ports. Was notified upon entry that they were at capacity and there would be a short wait, expected for a small lounge at an increasingly busy airport
Useless. What a waste of paying to have a priority pass. Made me wait outside because they allegedly had a waitlist. The place was empty. What was really happening was that even though the place closes at 7, which is uselessly early, they just wanted to close everything down even earlier. When I was finally let in at 630 (to an empty lounge by the way) everything was already shut down. No food, no drinks, nothing. This was after making me wait for over 30 minutes for their supposed waitlist. Could have just not lied to me and wasted my time with a phantom waitlist and instead told me they were being lazy and closing early. Insult to injury everything was filthy.
On my several visits to this lounge in the last year, I did not find the staff friendly. The food counter usually has no or very few items. Options for ordering are very limited. Once it took 45 minutes to get my order because they had forgotten it, although there was just another customer besides me there. Last visit, they put me on the waiting list and never texted me back.Also the bathroom is usually dirty with no toilet paper. Very disappointing.
I mean I wouldn't pick it as the venue for my wedding reception, but it gets the job done. It's quite small, and breakfast food is limited to muffins and bagels. Great staff though.
Unless you have unlimited priority pass, then don’t bother using up your passes.Was placed on a waitlist (waited 20 min) and lounge had only a handful of people when I came in. So why the waitlist? Breakfast consists of a boiled egg, yogurt, cereal, and/or a pastry. Coffee machine was broken and too early to make use of the bar. You’ll have better food and service at the gas station prior to arriving to the airport.Again, if you have limited passes, pass up on this lounge. This place used to be much better, now just downhill from here
Your American Express platinum card holder I'd strongly recommend visiting the club jacks when you're traveling. It's a great space available to all of those who need a little reprieve before their next flight. You have access to unlimited drinks and snacks as well as meals. The front staff are excellent. I would recommend that you get here and find a seat quick cuz it can fill up doing busy hours.
Poor customer service entry staff. Little to no communication. Was told "we're full and on a wait list process."Initially, 30 minutes. Checked back an hour later, and the new attendant said it would be another hour, at a minimum. Won't answer what the delay is, or why the initial estimate was 30 minutes, but now is going to exceed 2 hours.Horrendous treatment for people that pay for this service.
Dear Ny fellow AmericanI am very disappointed when reach to airport and try to enter in Club. They start interviews and asking what time is your flight. When she knows the flight time saying we will call you, mean they play with us, so we can not stay there more time and just stay outside Club. When 10 minutes left in flight departs they call and saying you can enjoy the club.Jacksonville FL airport
