Well, this is not a restaurant per se. It is a concept inside Denny's. It's available for delivery and pickup. 3 stars because I can't say if it's good or something else because I didn't use the concept but I would suggest that they (Dennys) focus on just getting the service to better then the current level before embarking on another ball for the stressed operations to juggle.
Got a few burgers from this establishment and when I got them all the fries were cold and one didn’t have the sauce on it that it was supposed to. So we called and the lady said there was an “angry customer on the phone” which made me even more upset. Then the “manager” did nothing to help me. Then tried lying and said our Uber delivery driver texted us and they did not. They said he and it was a women. I will never eat here again. Worst service I have ever experienced!
I’m new to the whole “Burger Den” not knowing it is a part of Dennys?? Anyway, i placed an order on break and I asked for the order to be delivered after 6 at my job. I thought that maybe they would make it around that time and I would have hot food. Nope. Cold. All cold. I microwaved it, no biggie I guess. The meat was terrible. Mozzarella sticks on top were obviously terrible too because it was super cold. Couldn’t even eat half. Just not good at all. Won’t make that mistake twice.
The absolute freaking worst, don’t even waste your time. Had no idea this was denny’s when we ordered on Uber eats. Burgers and fries, alike, were absolutely disgusting.
Ok. Burger Den is Denny's. We read the reviews while we waited it to be delivered. On arrival the fries were crispy and really good but cold no problem we can reheat. We took a bite of the burger and it was so bad! The burger tastes like Dollar store really cheap unseasoned meat. It was bad! Couldn't eat. Don't order Denny's/ Burger Den. Also Denny's if you want to have a new name just for your burgers ....makes sure they are good. Caz that is horrible! Reviews had it right. Next time No No No!

got uber eats 3 burgers 1 bourbon 2 chicken everyone commented on how great the food was. Good burgers Shakes and Cheesecake. Will order again soon.
Not impressed. Ordered from door dash. Was surprised to see it was actually Dennys. So that set the expectation lower. Which I should have put it at the lowest. Items were missing from the order and the buns on the burgers were so soggy and greasy they were not that good at all. Not ordering from there again. Luckily I got some of my money back from door dash.
This is not burger den. It's Denny's. Now Denny's did a fantastic job and I would give their staff so much more than five stars is possible.
I ordered from The Burger Den from Doordash. I know its not the dashers fault because they just pick up the order. But the order was not what I ordered. I recieved someone elses burger so which means someone else recieved the wronge order. On top of that the bun was so god dam soggy and greasy I couldnt eat it. So money down the drain. Thank you Burger Den. Never again!
