Driving in a new area on a weekend, I tried Thai Spice Kitchen and had the Panang Curry with Pork. It was delicious. The waiter was good at refilling my drink.
I use to love this place. The food is great. Their customer service sucks. From time to time I stop going here due to the service. Today I thought that I would give them another chance. My husband comes home with our to go order that I ordered over the phone, and our order is wrong. I call them and they fight with me telling me I put a red curry in you’re bag. That’s great I did order that but you put a yellow curry in the bag and didn’t give me my appetizer that I ordered. They tell me I have to come back, and then pay for the appetizer they forgot to ring me up for. Absolute worst service when i get there. They only give me the appetizer, and say they mislabeled my order. Well that’s great but not my problem. This mistake will help you fix that hopefully. Then they refuse to remake the food, and tell me to eat the cold one that may or may not be correct one that they already gave me.
Nice Thai place with lovely Thai dishes, ambiance, pricing, variety.More than anything I felt the service was top class. Our customised order was patiently handled and accurately prepared. This place stands out for diligently treating customers with respect and respecting their Vegetarian food choices.Only thing our family felt the noodles were bit oily. Though Tom Yum soup and fried rice were delicious.Additionally they allowed us finish our meals even after 9pm their closing time, without pushing us every now and then for checks or wrapping up table.**They have accessible ramp and seating as well as ample parking.
Hands down the best Thai food I have had anywhere and I have lived in 7 states, 2 countries and visited over 30 countries. Wow, just wow. Super clean, friendly helpful servers. Super clean and welcoming. The Thai Spice Roll is so light and perfectly assembled, great starter! From there you just won't go wrong. Enjoy!!!
Really good. Especially the Tom yum soup. If a Thai restaurant can’t do Tom yum right just about everything else will follow. fresh and delicious.
Soooo amazingly good!!! Wonderful service! Theeeee best sticky rice. Definitely going to be my first choice Thai restaurant!
Ordered the Chicken Volcano as lunch takeout. One skinny breaded chicken breast that was over cooked to the point of dryness over a bed of spinach, 1 cup of steamed white rice and 1/4 cup of chili sauce that tasted more like duck sauce. Sorry but there wasn’t anything volcano about this. Not to mention that it was WAY overpriced, even accounting for the raging inflation. YMMV.
This was such a disappointment:1. Large Pad thai had only 2 shrimp in it and a bunch of shrimp shell.2. The Tom Kha Gai soup was great but half of it was spilled all over the other food because the lid was not closed properly.3. The Basil fried rice was so dry that my wife ended up throwing it away4. The rice paper spring roll was not properly made and popped open so all the content inside came spilling out.I understand that a Saturday night must be busy; but please work on your quality of dishes. A quick double check goes a long way.
It was table for 4...The Food is good but the portions are small for the price. For $13 OO plus it's like equivalent of a snack box portion, that need to improve!
Whenever I order from third-party delivery services, I always like to try different places that look family-owned. My pad see-ew was still steaming upon delivery which is amazing. The portion sizes are great. I don't eat much, so it easily covers 2-3 meals. I also always appreciate when the spice levels are accurate. The hot level is perfect for someone who loves spice. The thai tea is great - just sweet enough for the average person (I personally always have to add extra ice or milk to dilute the sweetness). I can't wait to dine in soon!
