Marshall was an awesome waiter!This TXRH doesn’t keep the bathroom clean, cook the steaks correctly, or put cheese on the Mac N Cheese.They forgot to take the military discount even though it was offered
Friendly staff, hot and tasty food. Autumn was an amazing waitress and answered all of the many questions and request we had. I would dine here again. They seater asked each customer about their previous experience which to me suggested a desire to maintain or repair restraint image. Great experience.
When in Jacksonville on a trip I figured I'd try this local Road House. It didn't disappoint. In fact I don't think I've ever been to one that did. Still among my top three routine place to go for a dinner.
Our server today was AMAZING! It was some of the best service my wife and I have had in a long time. She was very tentative and our drinks were never empty. The food was great also along with the rest of the AMAZING staff in our section. Keep up the great work
I was very pleased with our waiter and though they were very busy with the rush hour dinner crowd the food and services was fast. Our guy was friendly and efficient. I added a couple photos of my favorite salad and drink. I enjoyed the atmosphere and several different occasions that other patrons were celebrating. 1 wedding anniversary of 26 years and several birthdays. Being able to join in and Clap and participate in the staff acknowledgement was fun and exciting. 1 of my favorite restaurants to go wherever I travel or if I'm at home. The best house salad. Definitely recommend!
To say my experience at the Texas Roadhouse by the Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida was superb, doesn't do it enough justice! Justice! From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left ... every detail I look for in a restaurant was present in spades.The restaurant was immaculately clean, the restrooms were immaculately clean, silverware and plates cups all immaculately clean!The music was playing - not too loud - conversely not too quiet, It was crowded, but you didn't feel cramped or sardined in, there was a hustle about all the employees as they went about their jobs. However anytime you made eye contact with one of them, they would smile or nod to acknowledge that you have been seen and that you matter in this Texas Roadhouse!I walked in and was seated in a booth within 4 minutes, with a warm basket of rolls with two cinnamon butters! The roles topped with their cinnamon butter are the perfect way to begin dinner. The salad was crisp and delicious with lots of deep green! I ordered a loaded sweet potato and would it came. It was beautiful visually, but even more delicious than it looked! The marshmallows were cooked to perfection on the top so they weren't burned. Just a little hint of a burn on the view on the top and the rest as you bit into a bite. Just exploded a marshmallow flavor on top of a warm perfectly tenderly cooked sweet potato!However, none of this even touches the perfection of the blue rare 8 oz. Dallas filet! It is rare that a restaurant can actually cook a blue rare steak perfectly... Hats off to the grilled tea at Texas. Roadhouse by the Town Center because they aced the blue rare!If you go, I would ask for Arturo! He Is incredibly knowledgeable about everything that is on both the food and drink menu... which is a wonderful attribute! However, his charisma and ability to make you feel as if you really matter, coupled with his desire to make sure your meal is delicious and EXACTLY how you want creates a positive experience that makes you want to come back... He actually makes you want to make this a weekly destination... This IS his superpower! Best waiter I've had in years!

Great family atmosphere and friendly service ?
The wait was ridiculously long(1.5 hours), but I had family in town and we were celebrating a birthday, so we waited patiently.My visitors had an issue at the bar, with another guest, but that wasn't the restaurant's fault, just some inconsiderate woman.Food was good, the birthday celebration was funny, and all in all, a good time!
