The food was amazing. The horseradish dipping sauce my server recommended was out of this world delicious. Our server was very kind, patient, attentive, and quick. I came there with my grandfather, who is very hard of hearing, and our server was very patient and spoke loud, slow, and clear to ensure my grandfather could hear him.
I have never enjoyed a Bison Steak ? before. Let me tell you it was Amazing! The grill master prepared it perfectly. The service was fantastic and very friendly. The rest of the meal was On Point. Really great Onion rings and the salad very crisp. The burgers are gigantic and the wine was a Malbec blend very delightfulAll in all I hope we get to enjoy Ted’s again soon. It was well worth the drive from Gainesville
Over all, very good! The drinks were good and the food was great.However I ordered the Bison medium well and got medium rare but the steak was still good.
We got to eat here by chance. We planned for a different place but odds brought us here. It was amazing. Great food; perfect temp on the steak, the bison short ribs were amazing and the 1977 burger was awesome. The staff is so friendly and polite. I can't find anything bad to say about this place. Thank you for making our dinner a wonderful one! We will be back pretty soon. Ted's Montana Grill became our favorite place to go.
So disappointing. Heard a lot about the place so I took out of town guest here. waiter seem new at waiting tables. Took drink over, came with drinks but never offered us water. Starter arrived onion rings were delicious. Dinner arrived faster than expected we didn't have time to talk and eat starter. Mine and my guest food was cold, carrots over cooked. Waiter never can back to ask how things were so we had to go after him. Once we told him he quickly left us without taking our food as if he went to ask someone what to do. He came back took food without saying he was sorry. Few minutes later came back with new plates and left. Still no return to ask how we were. New plates again had cold carrots, mash potatoes ok, meat good. All in all a disappointing meal. I don't blame waiter for disappointing meal. But I do feel the restaurant failed to Properly train him.
Vinny is the best server hands down. He makes every meal here an amazing experience. And Promise is an awesome host. My two favorite workers hands down! Every visit is pleasant when they are working.
Our Waiter Vinny was knowledgeable and friendly. He offered excellent customer service and warmth to visit again ( I'm from Virginia)
Shout out to Ted's in OP. I ordered online for pickup for an employee appreciation lunch & Ted's hit it out of the park. Everything was perfectly cooked, still hot when I got back to the office & everything was labeled with each employees name including extra sauces. Everyone said it was delicious. I believe it was Michelle? that took care of us. Highly recommend. Thank you!!
Was in 2 years ago, and it was great. Went last night for a birthday. The Bison steak was good, but it was warm, not hot. The garlic mashed potatoes were also room temp, fries same way, GF shrimp were very good and hot, sons Bison steak was also just above room temp, daughter asked for a steak well done and was brought out med rare, mother in-law food was good. Waitress was slow on drinks, waited for 10 minutes, and forgot daughters mashed potatoes. It just wasn't a good experience like I have had in the past. Spent 169.00 and was not worth that.
Sunday 3ish pm. Restaurant empty and I see why. First off the service. A young girl named marissa was so anti social , someone who just shouldn’t be a waitress at all. Second the food. Expensive with no good reason. Onion rings taste like card board box, broccoli taste like microwaved broccolis from the store …. And the meat we asked for it WELL DONE look at the picture clearly not well done. Please save yourself some money and just buy frozen lunch from the grocery store literally same taste and quality. Horrible all together from food to service to cleanliness .
