This is the second time I've called, young lady answering the phone with complaining because she couldn't get my phone number right? I've been using this place for almost 10 years just tore up the menus, If this is the kind of service that we can expect in the future don't expect my business
Rudest cashier. Act like they don't want to be bothered. The food is good but you have to deal with that cashier no matter if your ordered and paid online or are purchasing there
2nd visit to Sun Sun today. 1st visit was great: order taking, reception, food (lg hot and sour soup and veg fried rice), price. So went it for 2nd visit which not so great: order taking was rushed, I asked if they have Szechuan chicken and asked if it was spicy (which that’s what Szechuan is but new place so made sure), was told yes and so I ordered it and a sm hot and sour soup). Soup was good but chicken was sweet, I’ve never eaten Szechuan style sweet and like this. Disappointed.

This place is a joke. I ordered my food two hours ago and no one can tell me where it is. I've called and been hung up on twice, the little girl that answered the phone is extremely rude. 10/10 would NOT recommend ordering anything from these people. It should not take 2 hours to go 15 minutes down the road. If my food ever goes show up, it's now going to be cold. Save yourself the aggravation and just order from anywhere else.
I was hesitant to try this restaurant based on some of the reviews. I rolled the dice ? and I’m glad I did. This place is great! Food was hot and fresh. Every dish had a nice presentation. The egg drop soup in particular was very delicious. Will definitely return.
The last few times I’ve ordered from here, both delivery and pickup, my orders have been incorrect. Food is always hot and delicious when they get my order right but I have to make sure to check my food every single time now. Did a pickup order tonight and the woman on the phone sounded distracted, she was laughing and talking with someone in the background.
only chinese delivery that came hot still. best sesame chicken a d shrimp wgg roll. good delivery time & driver. sweet and sour sauce there is not the best though.
OMG!!!! THIS PLACE USE TO BE SO GOOD. NOW ITS LIKE NOTHING ABOUT IT IS CHINESE ANYMORE. THE FOID IS SO BLAND AND DRY. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FRIM HERE EVER AGAIN
