Haven't eaten here in a while. I got the garlic steak burger and it was really good. Different setup you go to a kisok first and then sit down. I know you have to listen to your name or order number but I wasn't able to hear because I was with my autistic son and he was making noise. The staff that was there was on it and helped me. She was so awesome. She was helpful and always asked if she can help. It's tough because since it is kinda self service she doesn't get tipped so I did. I would definitely come back here for the good and service and the milk shakes are so good.
Service was quick and easy. Would rather five stars if the kiosk had more customization choices. Such as the ability to change the type of cheese or get mayo for fries.
The food here is terrible. Tasted nothing but grease. The fries were old, stale and cold. The burger meat tasted like frozen patties that just needed to be used. I did not even finish my food. Took one bite and knew I couldn't. Only good thing about this place is the sprite. I feel like I need to eat a salad and wash my face.
The food was excellent.However, at this location there is no longer any table service. Nor are there any cashiers.You order your food and pay for it using kiosks at the front of the restaurant. While the ordering process at the kiosk was not all that complicated, many of those in front of us did not seem to grasp the concept quickly. In fact, we witnessed several groups of customers begin the process but then leave before completing their order.I totally understand the reason for the restaurant management moving to this type of system. It obviously saves them greatly in the area of employees, but I do not know if this will catch on with customers. Especially those up there in years or larger parties.If this is the wave of the future, I wish them luck!!
One of the best fast food restaurants around! I visit at least 2-3 times per week. Food is always hot and fresh without a long wait time. I love the employees as they have become friends. Love the yellow shirts!
I tried to meet with family for a dining indoor experience and find there's a shortage of personnel so the inside was not available. The worst part is there still advertise in on the Marquis and street signs that in door is open..... False advertising to the drive by customer. Understand a corporate decision was made for this regarding the drive by customer.
Got the bacon double and it was great as always! Also, this particular restaurant was alot quicker at getting the food out than most that I've been to! Good customer service
Kiosk ordering. I couldn't do it. I asked and received assistance. She was very helpful, but got mixed up when ordering. Had to cancel and go back. Poor girl. Re-ask for my info. But the food did come out pretty quick. I went to the counter to pick it up. Napkins, silverware, condiments,Cokes were self-serve. New operator. At noon 4 people including us. Mostly drive through and pick up business. One other guy had problems with the Kiosk too. GO BACK TO WAITING ON PEOPLE PLEASE.
The burgers here are insanely delicious. I would take a steak and shake over and other fast food restaurant any day of the week. If you haven't tried one stop by here. I promise you won't regret trying this ? burger! I tried the garlic burger and loved it.
Though placing your own order via a kiosk is convenient and safe for social distancing, the food was prepared oddly and thrown in a brown paper bag.I did not like that my cheese fries were fries that I had to dip into cheese sauce.If I come back, it will be through the drive thru.....
