I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch. But received a grande, they charged me for a grande too. When I corrected Alexis at the window and said this is supposed to be a Venti. They said “No”. I looked at what I was charged and said “fine whatever have a good day” then left. But you don’t tell someone “no” when they say their order is wrong and make them feel like they are dumb. They should’ve said “I’m sorry I charged you for a grande and you got a grande, I must of misheard you, would you like a venti instead?” Not no. But whatever last time I come to this location. I feel like that’s just food service 101.

I asked the girl at the drive-through if they added coconut milk to my order. She said I don't know I didn't make it in a very condescending tone. I let her know that I was being charged less than what I ordered... In a condescending tone she replied that the size was put in smaller. I had to give the same order 3 times over the loud speaker.I said goodbye have a good day two times she looked at me like I was crazy.

Ate breakfast here on a Saturday morning with a friend. Both of us have been to the bathroom 3x immediately after. Never had this issue with Starbucks before. Won’t be returning to this location.

Literally just left the woman at the window try to serve me a cheese Danish with burnt dust from the warmer. Plus she looked like she wasn't happy to be serving my family. My mother said that her drink that she get ALL the time tasted nasty. We LOVE Starbucks and have never had a bad experience till today. We are highly disappointed with our order and service. Please do better. We will be contacting corporate as well.

I've waited a few days to leave this review because our experience was so bad, I wanted to make sure I had perspective. That being said, this is what happened:My husband and I were admittedly in a hurry, anxious to get a tea for me and get out, so we ordered ahead of time via the app. We tried another Starbucks before this but not only were they not accepting order aheads, but their dining room was closed before 7PM. Strange, but whatever.After waiting entirely too long in the drive thru line (the app tells me to do that instead of going inside) we finally pull up to the window and this girl who is already speaking to my husband like he is a child ("sweetie", "hon", "love", ex) even though she looks to be no older than 21, hands him this piping hot tea with the lid not secured and no sleeve. He proceeds to spill it the second he picks it up and she just watches with a smile on her face. No apology, no offer to help in any way, shape or form, just grinning as he proceeds to burn himself.When he asked for help, she says "Sure, love" and hands him a wad of napkins with what sounds like a small giggle.Absolutely unbelievable. We won't be back. I can promise you that.

I need to know Norman’s secret of getting the caramel Brûlée frap, my hearts been less full since it went out of season ?. Just moved over here and haven’t been yet but last couple times I’ve gone to place an order on the app there’s no craps at all ??

I love the Starbucks location. I usually get my original green tea frappe with no whip cream and caramel drizzles. I love it; it never fails, it has never tasted wrong and they always do the order correct. I always get the bacon, Gouda sandwich; I can’t complain it’s always nice and warm, taste yummy. Lastly but not least I love the staff there, they’re always so nice in drive-thru they always give me a pup chino too for my baby.

Staff are very friendly and most helpful in offering options to suite your taste. Just let them know how you feel that day and what your preferences are and they can come up with the perfect drink or food item. Love the vibe here.

This store is usually super busy. The line in the drive through is exhaustingly long sometimes. The drinks do not always look how it is suppose to look. They are busy on the inside as well. This location is a big location however they are not the friendliest, they try so that matters. Maybe it’s the amount of people that comes to the store in one day that makes their moods change but they are usually tired when I get there. ??‍♀️

What does every Starbucks location have in common? Lack of consistency with drinks. This one is just the same. I had the same drink made last night-drink was perfect. Went back today, drink sucks. Asked to have it remade, drink still sucks. It puts the customer in an awkward position. Prices are higher, quality is lower.
